I was unbelievably nervous and stressed out thinking about going through the “buying a beer car process” but once I met Mike he made all the fear disappear. I went to another dealership and all my fears about buying a used car came true. The cars were cosmetically pretty but mechanically rough, the dealership didn't want to work with me on financing, and the salesman was judgmental. There was no way I was buying from them. I had been to Never Say No a few months earlier and decided to go back - and I left with a new-to-me car the same day. To me, that says it all.

Your salesman Mike was the lucky guy that received my phone call this week! I let him know I needed something quickly and he made it happen! He was patient, brutally honest and went out of his way to take me to two banks for me to get my down payment before we realized that it was a holiday then a Walmart. He was very patient with me!!!! just now Mark was amazing. He was upfront and honest with us at every step. He listened to what we needed and made sure that our vehicle met each one. We went car shopping late Friday and picked up our new 2019 Kia Soul on Monday. Our credit was very poor so we were thankful that we got approved. We would definitely go there again. I’d recommend it to my friends and family. If you do go there tell them Janette Rickman sent you.

In all three of the categories mentioned, I was very impressed by, the quality and selection of vehicles in inventory...it was quick and easy, when it came to financing, and what types of vehicles I could choose from...and, as far as customer service...Mr. Ozark, and company, showed me the utmost respect, making me feel welcomed, and satisfied with the overall service.
