My intent wasn't to buy a car. All I wanted to know was how much the truck was, and if it would work for us. Brien and Craig were perfect and before we New it we had the truck. Through the whole process they answered any questions I had,and we walked out very pleased that we had not been taken advantage of and felt good about the transaction. Thank you.

Mike went out of his way to make sure that we were able to get a ride to your car lot in Springfield so we could pick up the car that we purchased this week. Everyone was great. Mike worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. I feel I got a fair deal on a good vehicle. The staff provided a comfortable atmosphere and nobody was pushy at all. If would say my one suggestion for improvement I would be a little more fuel in the tank when you send folks off. But I would not hesitate to recommend Never Say No to anyone I know.

My credit was not good. I drove a new (new to me) car home. I'm very satisfied with financing, quality of the car and customer service was awesome. I didn't feel any pressure at all and Brian and Craig were great in answering any questions I had.

I came into dealership and met Charlie. I really didn't know what I wanted, he was beyond patient with me and listened to what I was looking for. We looked at 5 or 6 different vehicles and I left and came back a few days later. Test drive 2 vehicles and decided on my GMC Acadia. Charlie went above and beyond to make the deal work. He was very easy to work with and made the whole process easy and painless and I got a good deal and a great vehicle. I didn't know buying a car could be so easy. This place is such a blessing. We were approved with no hassle after bankruptcy had ruined our credit. We bought a 2018 SUV, the newest car I have ever owned, and the customer service was excellent. I must say, this was the most pleasant buying experience of any vehicle we've ever had. With less than good credit at this time, we were concerned about getting a quailty truck at a price we could afford.
