I did a lot of research about the company before I went to test drive and ended up purchasing a vehicle I wasn't even looking for but fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and so far I couldn't be happier. Mike was great to work with. I wasn't pressured and didn't feel like I was even working with a sales rep which was great. He let me work through my own process to make the decision on which vehicle I wanted. The process was quick and went smoothly.

I got a car from mike. I know nothing about cars so I wasn’t sure what I wanted but mike helped me with my bad credit and my budget. Everyone was really welcoming and nice. Every other car places I have tried they said they would call me back numerous of times with an estimate but never did. Never say no Auto is the best choice to get a car and I would suggest mike as your salesman he’s very friendly and funny.

The car is great, within my price range and exactly what I needed. I haven't had any issues, I've had it about a month now and everyone has been very helpful. This is the first car I've bought and Mike was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed, helping me with insurance and the DMV stuff as well. Much more helpful than I had expected a car salesman to be.

Well the customer service has been outstanding both times we have been at the Springfield location. They even sent us 2 vehicles from the Bolivar location to test drive, That was customer service. We Thank you for giving us a chance to buy a vehicle that my husband can drive easily.

I would have to say that me and my husband had a wonderful experience when we came to look at cars at Never Say No Auto. We had went to the dealership I want to say maybe two months ago and was looking at some of the cars that was on the lot and spoke with Brad Cookson about a couple of vehicles that we saw out there. So our money finally came and we went back and talk to Brad and looked at some vehicles. The vehicle we was looking for they didn't have on the lot but we found another one we liked through the help of Brad. Truly enough he let us test drive the vehicle and got us through a good and speedy transition of making the vehicle ours. I would definitely want to say that everyone in the dealership was friendly and so willing to help us the whole time we were there trying to get things done.So I would like to thank everyone at the Never Say No Auto for all the help they gave us in finding the vehicle we wanted.

I had a very good experience at Never Say No Auto. Their website was easy to navigate and had all the pertinent information about the listed cars to help me make my decision. All of the employees were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Mark was my salesman and he made the whole endeavor quick and painless. Financing was quick and Mark explained everything very well so I felt that I had a better understanding of the process than I have had previously when shopping for a car.
