It was awesome. We didn’t have a lot of time and they got the financing threw and had me in my new car quickly. They were all very friendly and polite. I would definitely go back to get another car. The car is great it has low miles and in good condition.

You all were amazing. Mark made it easy and made me feel like a queen for the day. I had a horrible experience else where the day before and I feel mark went above and beyond to fix how horribly I was treated and it wasnt even by his company. I came in an teary eyed and emotional from being taken through the ringer up the road. He took me to the lot and said pick what you want. He was not pushy and allowed me to make my own choice. Which means I'm in love with my new equinox. Thank you guys all for being awesome and a special thanks to mark for making it the best car buying experience ever.

I was so wonderfully surprised that they filled out the paperwork for me! “Auto by Rent” had my hand write-out my application and ultimately pay almost $10,000 for a lesser quality 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe/140,000 miles/Only 30 day warranty. Never Say No Auto gave me a much better deal; Chevrolet Exion/71,000 miles/2 year warranty and all for $13,000! I’d say I saved a lot of money in the long run :-)

My wife and I were impressed with the wide inventory of quality trucks to choose from and the prices were very competitive and reasonable. Our salesman Mark was great to work with - helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and never pushy. He answered all of our questions clearly. Getting financed was simple and easy and they checked with several places to find the best rate. It was extremely low pressure. I was greeted with a handshake and pleasant conversation. I was test driving a truck within ten minutes. Once I decided on a truck, the financing and paperwork was relatively quick and easy. They worked with me to get the price/payment I was looking for and even gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. All around good service with no complaints on my part. Definitely be going back.

Charlie spent his afternoon and well into his evening witb us to make sure we got the best deal possible. I thought the process of getting approved was really fast, picking the right vehicle was great. Only one problem the down payment was a little much for what kind of car I really wanted.
