My Fiance and I were trying to get financed for a vehicle and was getting no where. No one would help us with financing. About to give up. Friendly people. They bent over backwards to help us. Let us tests drive so many vehicles until I found the one I really wanted. They explained everything well. They were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them. The cars were all nice cars.

Beautiful pick up. The finance process had to be one of the easiest ones we have experienced. We would recomend the staff at Bolivar and we will come back when it comes time to buy again. I had a great experience with them. I got way more than I thought I would for my trade in. We literally stopped Tuesday night and looked at the car we ended up getting. I put my app in just to see what it'd cost us to get into the car we wanted that night online. Wednesday they finished our app and got us in the car we wanted. Most of which was done online. One of the better car buying experiences I have ever had!! Daughter was actually the "customer" and I was along for the ride. TJ was awesome. Felt like he did everything possible to get her in a car. Can't help but remember the look on his face when she told him she wasn't sure where the key to the trade in was (she drove it in). They were short handed the day we were there BUT the team handled everything extremely well. Would refer friends to this dealership without hesitation.

It was such a fun experience! My salesperson, TJ was awesome! He knew a lot about all of the vehicles that he showed me. He only showed me the type of vehicle that I told him that I was interested in. He never tried to upsell me into a higher price range. They truly made the car buying process so easy, and a great experience. I love my van!!!! I am ecstatic about my new vehicle. The service was amazing and I was treated with respect the whole time. They took the time to explain my credit, how I can bring my credit up, and how they will work with me to help me improve my credit. They took the time to work numbers out so that I could get a reliable new to me car. I have been treated like crap at several different lots but at Never Say No Auto I was NOT disrespected but instead I was treated like a friend. I was able to get financed and blessed with my first reliable car. I am head over heals with my new car and would totally do it all over again with Never Say No Auto because of how they treated me.
