We drove in with a jeep Patriot and drove out in a new dodge charger. Mike was great. Very patient and made sure everything went right with the trade in and financing. This is our first time buying a new car from an actual dealership and not some thing on the side of the road. I have to say the quality of the car is the one of the best I have seen.Very clean well maintained and low mileage .Getting financed was easy we took a test drive in the 1st vehicle we looked at and by the time we was back the offer was on the table. And our Salesman Austin was great very happy not pushy and just all around likeable .I would refer everyone I know what an awesome and easy experience this was .

I went to another dealership and all my fears about buying a used car came true. The cars were cosmetically pretty but mechanically rough, the dealership didn't want to work with me on financing, and the salesman was judgmental. There was no way I was buying from them. I had been to Never Say No a few months earlier and decided to go back - and I left with a new-to-me car the same day. To me, that says it all.
