I was very pleased with the level of professionalism displayed by all of the staff at Never say no auto. The experience I had was not only pleasant, it was timely and smooth. From the moment I stepped on the lot the staff at Never say no auto were interested in one thing only " Helping me into a vehicle"! They went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted, at a price I could afford from an inventory of very nice used cars. I can only speak to the car I bought (2020 Toyota Carolla), but the car was clean, well maintained mechanically and just what I needed. Special thanks goes to Charlie for being there every step of the way throughout the process. Not only a great salesman, a wonderful person as well. Thanks for the Positive experience guys!!!!

I bought a 2015 Ford Hybrid C-Max! It’s in excellent condition and although I wasn’t sure about it Charlie had us test drive it and I fell in love with it! We didn’t have a down payment but we had excellent credit and Charlie and Jay helped us find something we could afford and helped us through the whole process! The customer service at Never Say No Auto was beyond amazing. Charlie is so personable and kind! Jay did an amazing job telling us exactly what we were paying for and did an amazing job explaining everything to us in a way we could understand! I will be recommending Charlie, Jay, and the whole team at Never Say No Auto to anybody and everybody! Charlie helped us make something we thought was impossible, very possible. On top of everything Charlie made sure we got the best deal and he went out of his way to make sure we had the safest car for my two children. Everyone in the office was so kind and so personable. These guys at Never Say No Auto are great they were so nice and helpful, they answered all my questions, and all of their vehicles were well taken care of. When I found my van Mike had me financed in no time at all. I definitely recommend going there if your looking to buy a car, truck, SUV, whatever your looking for they probably have it.

Newest Vehicle I've Ever Drove Off A Lot In "2020"! Getting Financed Was Easy, Extremely EASY.. Customer Service Top Tier & Didn't Take All Day.. Under 2.5 Hours Frm Test Drive To Signing Papers To Driving Off The Lot. I Had Mike & He Answered My Calls When I Reached Out & My Vehicle Finally Crapped Out, And Had To Be Towed onto The Lot.. I Had It Towed Thursday Afternoon, Left Because I Had To Go To Work That Evening.. I Came Back Friday Morning 9am Mike Had A 2020 Kia Soul Pulled Up He Said "Hey I Have A New Vehicle In I Think You'd Like", I've Never Looked At Test Drove A Kia Anything And He Was Correct I Was Sold.. They Took My Car At The Original Trade In Vaule, No I Did Not Have Any Money To Put Down So They Worked As Best As They Could As Far As Payments. I'd Recommend THEY NEVER SAY NO! & Push Pull Tow They Will Take Your Trade In!

It was OK I'm just upset cause they told me they was going to put the sell tax and all that in the loan and they didn't and they told me they ordered a license plate holder and they would call me when it came in and I haven't heard from them so I'm upset abt lots of things
