I was down to the wire preparing a home for sale and needed to unload several large pieces of furniture. Read the reviews and went with Nova Junk. They surpassed expectations! I easily scheduled a date and time. They arrived as promised. I gave a heads up call that I had some l-a-r-g-e and heavy pieces to move. Nova Junk sent 5 strong guys. Everything was fine and I hope the sofa does find a home rather than a landfill. Didn't realize that I had a 1/4 truck or I would have added some additional material that I plan to take to Habitat but could have had NOVA do it. Very happy with the pick up, however.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the fast, thorough, and thoroughly professional job Nova Junk did in dismantling and removing our aging galvanized metal shed and flooring of pressure-treated lumber and three 8"x 8"x 10' pressure-treated support beams beneath. The shed was full of an array of lawn and garden implements and equipment typical of such storage out-buildings. Most of it was in working condition, some needing a cleanup, and some of it over the hill beyond reclamation. I'm pleased that Nova Junk will recycle it, where possible. I'm doubly pleased at how fast the work was completed---they called to let me know they were en route and arrived shortly after the promised time window opened. They came in a large truck adequate to carry away everything and with enough men to do the job quickly and completely. I was really impressed by the crew's courtesy in doing the work as quietly as possible for such a job---these days it seems work crews in the neighborhood too often give little or no thought to the people in the homes all around them, shouting at each other and carrying on loud conversations with unnecessary banging and crashing on jobs that could be done more quietly with just a bit of courtesy and consideration for others. The Nova Junk crew was just the opposite. I heard very little noise on a job where a lot could be generated if the crew took no thought to minimize it. The Nova Junk crew were, in a word, gentlemen, and I was REALLY impressed and grateful. From the time they arrived to the time they pulled out was under two hours. The foreman was excellent at communicating with me and his crew were first rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, as well. I recommend Nova Junk without reservation.

Our experience with NoVa Junk Removal was excellent. The crew called to let us know they were on their way, handled everything very carefully so as to not damage our home, and worked quickly. One of the men even helped me carry a large item to another vehicle! Overall we were very impressed and happy with the service. I would definitely recommend.
