Fairfax County screwed us over with a missed bulk pickup and we had to have the front of our house cleared quickly before the moving truck showed up. Nova Junk delivered (or took away, rather...). Scheduling was a breeze, the folks that showed up were professional and extremely quick. Nova Junk honestly turned what was about to be a horrible, horrible day into a regular day of moving. I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended!

Contacted NOVA Junk and from the initial call the agent who answered my call was very courteous and professional. I believe her name was Cheryl. Set up the appointment and she gave me a window of 9am to 12 PM and the service arrived promptly at 9 or just before on Saturday. So far am very impressed at their reliability and timeliness.

We've used Nova Junk Removal three times. Each time they've been extremely professional. They are also very fair with pricing. If the volume of your junk is less than expected they have no problem going below their estimate.

Your guys were on time, and they gave me a heads up that they were on their way before arriving. The pricing was less than the original quote, which I greatly appreciated. The guys moved quickly to pack up the junk in the truck, and spent time sweeping up the excess debris to ensure nothing remained. Definitely will call on you again for future needs.

Quick call back from my internet contact. Scheduled pickup of an extra-large spa for within 5 days. Gave me a 7-10AM window. Called at 7:30 to confirm pickup and showed up by 8AM. SPA was so large it had to be cut into 3 pieces for removal. Workers were careful in moving large pieces through a narrow area around the side of the house. All spa parts and garbage was cleaned up and removed. They even discovered and killed a copperhead snake for me that was found under the spa. Price was at the high end of the estimate, which was fine with me given the size of the spa. All work was done and hauled away within 90 minutes. Very happy with the size and skills of the team. Would recommend them to others and use them in the future.

[I published this review at Yelp less than an hour after Nova Junk had left.] Wow! Easily the best experience I've had in a long, long time with a hired crew. The three men were courteous, pleasant, professional, careful, and super efficient. They cleared out almost half a carport's worth of junk in less than ten minutes, as well as two large items from inside the house. I had emailed a couple of companies at the same time, and only Nova Junk responded, and they did so quickly. The estimate I received held up, even though after opening my storage shed I discovered several other items that needed to go. Also, I received a phone call as promised about twenty minutes before the team arrived. From start to finish, Nova Junk was outstanding!!

All went very well - the crew communicated before their arrival, gave a quick quote and moved everything seamlessly. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Professional team, timely service

EXCELLENT! Cheapest price. Excellent communication. Removed our shed and cleaned up, even down to the few leaves that fell off the boards in the driveway. We couldn’t be happier. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and the realtors who will soon be listing our house.

The service was fine, but I feel harassed with all the requests for reviews. Nova Junk Removal does great work, but, boy, are they needy.
