I am appreciative of the service I received it was quick and efficient and every especially the doctor on staff showed empathy and very head on with their treatment plan. I will come back if I'll again and will refer to friends and family.

I have never been to an urgent care facility before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. I didn't have to wait very long and everyone was very friendly. They were able to take care if my issue right there and have my prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy.

after been told 2 wait 2 wks for treatment by reg doc, I went to Wentzville Urgent Care..got treated right away. Many thnx 2 all staff.. very courteous, friendly, & helpful.

The staff was nice, the facility was very clean and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Better service than our regular pediatrician office.

My experience at Urgent Care was very pleasant. The Doctor and nurses were quick and efficient. I felt that the doctor actively listened and cared about my wellbeing. This was the second time I sought care at Urgent Care and I returned because of the excellent service. I am also feeling much better. Thank you.

I was greeted before I even had a chance to ring the bell with professionalism and courtesy. After finishing my paperwork I was called back promptly. My nurse was skillful and friendly. The doctor came in straight away and addressed my problem appropriately. Any and all treatment-medical and personal-was top notch. God forbid I need to visit an urgent care center again but should that day come I will make a beeline to Our Urgent Care in Wentzville. My only request would be for staff name tags.

I arrived at urgent care around 10:45 am on Saturday morning and was pleasantly greeted and things started to move right along with no wait. Dr and nurses were very friendly and professional. I was treated and given care instructions and out within 30 to 40 mins. It all went quite well.

Nancy Woods was great. She listened to me and confirmed by exam my upper respiratory illness. She prescribed an excellent regiment of treatment and she gladly took my call the next day to add to my treatment.

It was nice having a place open on Sunday afternoon that could care for my cut on my finger. I had to wait for an hour because there were 6 other cases in the waiting room when I arrived, but the staff took care of me as soon as they could and the treatment was appropriate.

I was very pleased with my visit . I didn't have to wait very long, the nurse was excellent in taking my vitals, and was very personable.
The PA was well trained and started me on anti-biotics and fresh dressings for my leg injury. They were very professional and the facilities were very clean.

I was very impressed with my visit. I set-up an appointment online and was called immediately to verify. When I arrived the staff was very courteous and I was seen as soon as I finished my paperwork. Maggie, the NP was very professional and thorough. I definately receommend and would use this location again.

Everyone assisted by promptly checking mom in. The nurse practitioner explained every procedure to us and side effects that might occur.Lung assessment and treatment,Chest xray the Nurse practitioner was very thorough. I am pleased with care received.

Today was probably our fifth visit (not always the same family member), since the St. Charles location opened. We have received excellent care each and every time. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I am a former nurse and I have a son with Autism, so it really means a lot to find a place you can trust. Thank you Our Urgent Care!!

I chose this particular urgent care for convenience. Service was quick, the staff was warm and personable. The doctor didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when discussing my health problem, which was embarrassing. Although I was in pain, it was a positive experience.
