My experience at Our Urgent was exceptional. Feeling as poorly as I did, the receptionist was quick and very friendly. My wait was short. My doctor, Dr. Sudeer C. Atluri, was very professional, he took his time with exam and listened to all my issues. I was especially pleased that my prescriptions had been called into my pharmacy before even leaving the clinic. Overall, an extremely good experience, very clean place and wonderful staff. I am very pleased with the care I received during my recent 3 trips there to take care of my lacerations and contusions I received on Jan 2 from a fall. Everyone was very personable, caring, and professional. Also, the site was very clean and well organized. I just hope my insurance results reflect the same positive qualities. I will not hesitate to recommend your site to friends in the future.

I had to visit urgent care while out of town on a Sunday evening. I was so happy that this location was open and there was almost no wait - maybe 5 minutes after I turned in my paperwork. I was seen and treated very quickly too. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

People were courteous and friendly. Service was extremely prompt. The amazing part was instead of receiving a written prescription, it as already called in for me before I left. That was my favorite part as it expedited the preparation of my prescription at the pharmacy. Great idea and thank you!

First I would like to say thank you to the staff! I thought I was attended to very quickly and very professionally. They were very diligent with all the questions and what test they did. I was a little apprehensive about going to an urgent care verses my regular Dr., but because of the time I had decided this was a better option. There was not a long wait which was wonderful I have waited much longer at my regular Dr. visits. Everyone was very friendly and they explained everything with my prescriptions. I would not hesitate to go again. Thanks again!

As horrible as I was feeling, the entire crew at Our Urgent Care let me know that they understand what I am going through and that they were going to take good care of me. The receptionist was sweet and courteous which was pleasantly surprising. The gentleman that took my vitals and asked the first set of 100 questions was empathetic to my misery and even managed to get a chuckle out of me. The physician and his student resident were professional, showed a genuine interest in what I was going through, explained what was happening to me and the treatments he prescribed for me. The young nurse that gave me a breathing treatment and, a surprisingly quick and painless shot in my right cheek, was efficient and professional. My X-ray was right there in the office! The whole office was caring, efficient, and took care of me quickly without making feel that they were rushing me. But the icing on the cake was that they called in my prescription to my pharmacy! Wow! Thank you for the excellent care you showed me. I highly recommend Our Urgent Care on Veterans Memorial Pkwy in St. Charles, MO.

The quality of care was very good. For acute bronchitis I received treatment in the office and prescriptions to be filled. I arrived early and had a short wait time. The friendliness of the nurses and assistants was very good. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for. For being so sick it was a good experience.
