My experience with Pelican Landing Dental was everything that I could ask for. Connie did a great job with everything including making me comfortable, telling me what she is doing and doing a quality job. She definitely has a positive outlook and excels in customer service. Thank you for taking care of me.

I have been a patient of Pelican Landing Dental for 6-7 years. All the staff is professional and caring toward their patients . Office is modern , as they continually invest in their business. Connie is my hygienist who I see every four months. She is friendly and professional and does excellent work .As a bonus , she is pleasure to spend time with.

I had 2 new crowns put in today. I was greeted by Luna who escorted me to the room and immediately proceeded to remove the 2 temporary crowns and clean the area. She performed several other functions throughout the procedure working closely with Dr. Rich. Luna was a total professional and was a pleasure to have working on me. She made sure I was experiencing no pain and has a delightful personality. Dr. Rich cemented the permanent crowns in and was also a delight!! I can recommend Pelican Landing Dental without hesitation!! A total awesome experience!! Kudos to the entire staff!

Dr. Lacy Gilbert became my dentist when I relocated to Lee County late last year. She took the time to explain her diagnosis and treatment plan. I am very pleased with the results of the three procedures she performed. The hygienists and dental assistants are well trained. Having been to dental practices that overbooked their schedules causing long wait times in the outer office, at Pelican Landing I haven't waited more that five minutes before being led in to the dental suite. The office is clean and well lit. The equipment is modern and up to date.

Super personable team - from check-in to check-out. Simply flawless service. Staff and dentists are knowledgeable and put patients at ease. Not many people actually enjoy going to the dentist, but the team here definitely make it a pleasant experience. Well done again - see you in 6 months and 1 day!

My husband and I found Pelican through my church bulletin. We found everyone to be very friendly, on time and detailed in treatment. We feel that we are treated as family. I love seeing the family pictures throughout the office.

I am extremely pleased with the services I have received from Pelican Landing Dental, both today and in each of my many previous appointments there. In particular, Della (hygienist) is absolutely TERRIFIC. The office is well organized, and everyone there is a super professional and always helpful.

They were concerned my silver filling was wearing down. I was nervous and hesitant to remove that filling and have work done on the tooth. After reading the literature I was convinced their recommendation was the correct treatment. The dentist, Dr. Lacy was kind and considerate. She explained what she was going to do and how long it would take. At no time did I feel any pain or discomfort. After the filling was removed, she built the tooth up. Finally, she placed a temporary crown on the tooth. A week later, I returned for the permanent crown. The temporary crown was replaced by the permanent crown without any pain. Dr. Lacey painstakingly made sure the bite was right, polishing the crown slightly. Finally, margins were checked and an X-ray was taken and analyzed to assure the quality of procedure. Dr. Lacy’s two assistants, Lena and Jose, were professional and efficient. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Lacy to my colleagues.

When I first heard I needed a crown, my heart sank a little. Three years ago,my husband and I had moved from CT where we'd been going to the same dentist for thirty years. We were fortunate to land at Pelican Landing Dental on a family recommendation and have been very happy with them! So I knew if they recommended it, I needed it. Still, I was a little anxious about the procedure itself. I needn't have been concerned. Once again, the staff at Pelican Landing did an excellent job!They were professional, courteous, and very competent. Teamwork at its best! All of my questions were answered. And they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. One further note, in my particular case the actual cost was less than the estimate. Thank you to all! Kim

The quality of my care has been outstanding. My dental hygienist does the best cleaning I have ever had done. She is gentle but very thorough!

I have had a wonderful experience at Pelican Landing Dental. It hadbeen a number of years since I had visited the dentist , but the staff made me feel like family. They checked on my recovery after a dental experience that was pretty involved. I never experienced any pain. They read my body language and always asked if I was comfortable. The office is centrally located. I can get to the office in under 25 minutes.

Very professional. Very gentle! No pain. If you have to have dental work.,, it’s hard to imagine a better experience anywhere else.

Scheduling was easy. Courteous reception. Professional staff. No dentist appointment is perfect, but this one was pretty close. Not sure if a visit to the dentist is synonymous with an enjoyable experience, but Pelican Landing Dental was as pleasant as it can get. I was switching dentists from another local practice where I was not happy with.... Well, everything from scheduling to care to follow up. We moved here from Connecticut and were hoping to find an office similar to ours up north. Pelican Landing Dental will be the new dental office for me and my family.

Wonderful Friendly Professional Staff and Dentist! Emergency with grandson, his tooth cracked and exterior side broke off. Called at 8:00am and he was seen at 9:00am. They did a awesome job repairing the tooth, no pain what so ever, there is no visable sign of the tooth being damaged. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental for anyone seeking Dental Care. They are the Best!!

From the very minute you walk in the front door of the Pelican Landing Dental offices, through the dental process, regardless of dental services needed, you are impressed with the professionalism shown by all those whom provide the services. From the receptionist, administrative staff, onto the hygienists and the Dentists, you immediately discover a Dental Practice that is second to none. The offices are outstanding, with a cheerful setting within each and every patient room. My very first appointment proved to me, I have joined the best Dental Practice, as a patient, here in South West Florida, that offers the best in care, comfort and a staff of professionals that have the patient's needs first. While most people absolutely do not enjoy going to the Dentist, Pelican Landing Dental takes the pain out of equation!

My wife and I went for our initial appointments at Pelican Landing Dental today...an excellent experience! From the moment we entered the office to the final check out, we were greeted with welcoming smiles and courteous professionalism. The new patient medical history forms were easy to complete on line the day before the first appointment. Connie and Danielle performed the full mouth x-rays and photos prior to the cleaning and consultation. Both my wife and I were very pleased with Danielle's and Connie's detailed explanation of the procedures and there pleasant attitude in answering our questions. Dr. Rich Gilbert and Dr. Lacey Gilbert gave my wife and I a final check and consultation on the condition of our teeth and gums. Again very professional and responsive to our questions. Finally, our check-out and payment were conducted by Debbie and Devon. They provided a full explanation of the payment options, insurance claim process and follow-up appointments. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had considering state-of-the-art equipment, processes, procedures and professional staff. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental for your dental needs.

Today, I received 2 crowns to replace teeth that were cracked. I was not looking forward to the appointment, but Dr. Rich and Michelle did a great job of making the whole process easy. I never felt uncomfortable or had any pain. Good job. Thanks!!

I was made to feel very comfortable from the beginning! I have had Many bad experiences in the past with several dentists, therefore I tend to be very nervous when I have procedures. Today, I had a root canal and everything went smoothly!

Upon my first visit to Pelican Landing Dental & because of & having had a previous bad experience with a different dentist in another state I was a nervous wreck. I was introduced to "my" Pelican Landing Dentist Dr.Eric Heisser, who immediately sensed my apprehension & took me under his wing. I was still a little apprehensive but from my second & subsequent appointments & with Dr.Heisser's plan for my dental health he gave me the confidence I needed in him. In the past I rarely smiled because of poor dental work but I now smile & laugh with confidence & what a difference that makes to a person: a confident smile & that's what Dr.Eric Heisser gave me.
