My first visit to Pelican Landing Dental was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My situation was somewhat unique but under the care of Theresa and Eric I left with feeling of confidence about my dental care and future needs. Everyone is always so friendly and upbeat and the the office has such an inviting comfortable atmosphere! Danielle does a great job with cleanings, and has such a bubbly personality that Your immediately at ease! Jen, the dental assistant is very competent and efficient with a pleasant friendly attitude! Dr. Lacy did a great job of removing old crowns, fillings, and fitting new crowns ! She was very efficient and gentle, so if you have a low tolerance for pain or just uncomfortable with dental work, Dr. Lacy is the Dentist for you! I would choose Pelican Landing Dental for all your dental needs!

My first experience at PLD was excellent! I actually received a call-back offering an earlier appointment due to a cancellation! Danielle was extremely thorough and personable in establishing me as a new patient with photos and dental images as well as evaluation and cleaning. Dr Gilbert was knowledgable, professional, and leads a team that enjoys working together for the patient. I'll be back.

I have visited Pelican Landing Dental twice this month. I am really impressed with the professionalism and the kindness of the staff. Dr. Rich is extremely nice and professional. The dental assistants I have met, Terry and Jenna, are so sweet and kind. Terry provided a lot of helpful info, and she did her best to make me comfortable. I called in to ask for some info, and I really want to say thank you to Devon and everybody else there at the reception. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental practice to everybody, and I'll definitely continue seeing the same doctor.

I am a seasonal resident of Bonita Springs and had a dental emergency. Pelican Landing Dental got me in within three hours of my call and very successfully addressed both my lost filling and a fractured crown as well. Dr. Rich Gilbert, and his assistant Jenn, are highly skilled in assessing problems and offering a full range of options to fix them. They adjusted their schedules that day to accommodate me and did the work immediately. Pelican Landing Dental has the most up to date dentistry tools, techniques and practices and their work is very professional. From the receptionists on up-was met with awesome friendly people at the desk-on to the hygienist and the doctor-they were all amazing-they made an awful tooth emergency actually fun! This place deserves to be one of the best practices in the Bonita-naples area!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lacy Gilbert for a consultation regarding a crown. Dr. Gilbert and her assistant were wonderful. A detailed explanation was presented to me and I felt comfortable in scheduling an appointment for the work to be performed. All of the staff at Pelican Landing Dental were extremely accommodating and professional. This is definitely a first class office and I feel confident that I will receive the highest quality of care. I have received excellent care from this office whether for routine preventative care ( thank you Della) or other procedures. This was outstanding! I have not had a cavity in 30 years. When I was met by Jenny she was very welcoming. I sat don in the dental chair and told her I was anxious and she assured me they would make this very comfortable. Then Dr. Grayson came in the room and she was very professional and outgoing. She used her sense of humor to make me feel less anxious. She gave me Novocain but never showed me the needle. That was great! When the drilling started She and Jenny talked about Jenny's vacation and their guide falling off his horse. Now I am listening to the story and forgot about the drilling. This calmed me down and I was laughing about her vacation. They were both very professional in doing their work. I ASKED IF I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT.This was a great experience.

Haven't been to a dentist since the age of 13, and am now 30. Was a little nervous at first but, Dr. Genevieve Garris made me feel at ease and comfortable immediately alongside with the dental assistant. I had another pleasant visit to Pelican Landing Dental today. It's probably silly to say that I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, but here I do. The care is top notch, the facility is lovely and spotless, and everyone who works there is just incredibly welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Top of the line professional care without being "stuffy". The staff and doctors won't scold you if you haven't been attentive to your dental health or just don't know the things you should be doing to maintain a healthy set of teeth and gums. They will advise, and better yet, educate you, in a very professional manner about what you can do to optimize the care you give your teeth at home. Should you need restorative care, as I did, I will say that all procedures were thoroughly explained, and questions were encouraged and answered in full. Patient comfort is foremost at this practice. Not every dental procedure can be made to be a "pleasant" experience and certain restorative procedures will involve discomfort by their very nature. But I was constantly asked if I was experiencing pain and if so then additional anesthetic, or a different physical approach was tried, and in my experience here, nearly all discomfort was alleviated. Considering the extent of my procedures I found that impressive. Maybe amazing is a better term. Five stars are based on a pleasant, relaxed, experience involving, putting you at ease, advising, educating, and answering questions, Superior care. Superior comfort. A caring staff. I even found my sense of humor was welcome here! I have to thank all the staff and Dr. Garris for engaging me in that regard. I will be trusting Pelican Landing Dental with my oral health for years to come.

I was so impressed from the time I walked in the door with Quality of the reception area and the personal welcome I got I knew I had made a Great choice. After experience difficulty contacting my dentists' office (Answering Machine, no call back after two attempts) I called Pelican Landing Dental, the phone was answered on the first ring buy a very pleasant and knowledgeable, woman named Naty (Natalie). Great first impression of the dental practice. She inquired as to what my reason for calling was. When I explained, she seemed generally aware of my situation and what it may take to solve. She quickly arranged an appointment the next day and worked it around my schedule. Upon arrival, as a new patient I was required to complete paperwork, the attendant at the front desk assisted so as to speed up the process because the dentist was actually able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment time. The dental assistant, Michelle was very knowledgeable, personable and explained the process. Dr. Eric was fantastic as he described what course of action he thought best, it was a course of action that I had already considered to be the most likely and cost beneficial. Dr. Eric and Michelle we great throughout the entire process. Dr. Eric commented several times as he worked on my teeth, that he really thought I was going to like the outcome, he was right and it demonstrated to me that he was very meticulous in his work and took pride in the final outcome. I plan on becoming a permanent patient, the women at the front office indicated they would procure my previous record from what now will become my previous dental office, which by the way I did get into see after my third call to them and the doctors proposal for correcting my problem was so far out of the realm of reasonableness that even I as a layman, knew if was absurd $6,125 do accomplish the outcome I desired, while Pelican's proposal to solution the same problem was $676. You must have trust in the experts the treat you, so far these people are A+++. Look forward to my next encounter (strange looking forward to seeing the dentist, who would have ever thought)
