Excellent visit, beautiful facility, very friendly staff witnessed even as I just walked in as regarding other patients in attendance. All staff members I came in contact were very highly professional, compassionate, very caring and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lacy and her assistant Terri listened thoroughly to me, gave me sufficient time and thoroughly discussed my options and their recommendations. Everything must have been very pleasant as when I got home I strongly which could be dangerous suggested that my wife contact and make an appointment. She followed my advice.

First it was nice that I was taken right on time. The preparation was all set so everything was a smooth 'go'. The anesthesia was administered so well I felt nothing. The color was a perfect match so I couldnt see what was done. Basically run well and no PAIN!

I have just completed a very comprehensive procedure involving extraction and complete replacement of teeth with complete dentures. Couldn't have been more pleased with attention payed to me and the entire staff that attended to me throughout this life changing ordeal. Atmosphere and personalities can't be beat! I called the office seeking relief from tooth pain and was immediately given an appointment. The staff was accommodating from the moment they answered the telephone, providing directions and a realistic window to be seen. Upon the initial evaluation and X-rays each step was explained and options were provided. Once the staff realized I was returning home in 2 days the dentist prescribed antbiotics and pain relief. The staff explained the complications with the infected tooth and s copy of the X-rays. The office was emmaculate and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. I think my family who resides locally has found a dentist!!!!

First time visitor - staff very friendly Todd and Jessica- took me same day due to the issue I was having - Terry ( I believe dental assistant) was Terrific !!!! So was Dr Lacey - office and examining room very state of the art ! Great experiience start to finish !

the quality of care I received was above what I had expected. they made me feel comfortable & relaxed. the only downside is your prices are a lot higher than other practices I have been to.

I had a crown fall out on a Sunday night, so I needed urgent care! Although not an established patient of Pelican Landing Dental, I was welcomed first thing Monday morning for the repair. As a snowbird from the North, I was unsure where to go for help. A friend recommended PLD to me. They could not have been more helpful. People were great and they solved my "emergency" problem. If I could I would fly down here for dental work. You are lucky, Bonita Springs!!!!

We don’t expect dentists to be a pleasant experience, but this one changes that story. I asked for help on short notice and was accommodated very kindly and efficiently. Jennifer did the first situation review, then referred me to the dentist. I now have an appointment for a hygiene service and comprehensive evaluation. Couldn’t have been more professional or patient-oriented. It’s a great relief to be in such good hands.

My experience was truly 100% positive from the time I walked in until I walked out the door. Office is clean, beautiful and the front desk staff welcoming. Terry (sp?) was the dental assistant and she was excellent. I enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel at ease throughout. Dr Eric was warm, friendly and professional. Both he and Terry explained everything. I’m only here about 3 months a year right now but should the need arise, I will definitely be back. I’d also recommend this practice to others based on my personal experience.

Exceptional experience - the facility & technology are first class; the staff are very friendly; I was seen a few minutes ahead of of my appointment and knew in advance approx how long the appointment would take; I could even watch TV in the treatment room while I waited for my tooth to go numb ! Above all, all the staff I have interacted with are highly professionally and I am very pleased with the treatment I have received. I have recommended PLD to friends and will continue to do so !

Who Knew?...going to the dentist would be that much fun. Had a great time with Dr. Rich and his assistant. My issue was diagnosed and repaired immediately. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and the office runs like clock work. Looking forward to doing business with P.L.D. for many years to come. Thanks again for a great job.

I cracked my tooth & filling so was fortunate to be seen in less than 24 hrs .. office staff very friendly ... Met with Dr Eric for evaluation , very through , X-ray & pictures of tooth taken by Terri who was so wonderful in making me comfortable.. The care I received was excellent .. I left 3 hrs later , pain free , with a temporary crown and an appointment to receivw my permanent crown ... I have found my Dental practice in FL!

My experience was nothing short of outstanding. Amy was incredibly friendly, I will take her advice in adding bacon to my chili recipe. She was very attentive. it was a very good experience, both the dentist and assistant explain everything to me. They made me feel very comfortable the entire three hours i was there. I did not wait from the minute i got there very long before i saw the assistant and shortly after the dentist. I was not only impressed by the expediency and competency of the entire office staff, but also by their flexibility in asjusting work after getting used to a new bite. I used to feel like a burden to my last dentist. Here at Pelican Landing Dental you will never feel like a number or an imposition if you have an emergency.

Dear Pelican: I give you FIVE stars! Everyone is the whole office is friendly and look out for you. The setting is lovely and made me feel peaceful. Doctor (Dr. Eric Heizer?)was great and explained everything and gave me breaks during my procedures. His assistant was caring and professional. She chatted with me to help me relax. The temporary caps feel almost as smooth as permanent ones which I will get soon. Much nicer than temporaries in the past. You did not ask what stars we would rate you for cost of dental care. We were shocked by the cost. For retired people, it is very difficult. We will be checking other dental offices and talking to other people before deciding whether to have more work done there. As soon as I walked in the door at pelican landing dental I was comfortable and knew I made the right choice for my dental care. Whether it was Angela coordinating my dental coverage for my insurance, Jessica at the front desk or Trish making sure I was comfortable during the entirety of my cleaning, I received the care I have never received before at another dental office. Dr. Heisser and his entire staff were extremely gentle, informative and knowledgeable when providing explanation for my services. I will definitely be back at pelican landing dental when I am in the area. Very impressed.

Going to the dentist is rarely something you look forward to but when I had a crown come off my tooth I needed a dentist. Since I am from out of town I didn’t know who to call, I googled dentists in the area and found Pelican Landing with many great reviews. From the moment I was greeted on the phone I felt at ease. They were able to fit me in right away. The minute I entered their office I knew I picked the right place. Absolutely wonderful staff. Very professional and very fun. I told the dentist who fixed my tooth that I wanted to work there. The dentist explained everything to me and was very meticulous in repairing my tooth. I had an emergency dental need, and the staff at Pelican Landing was more than accommodating. From Tiffany, who sent me the paperwork so I would not have to wait in the office, to Terri, who gently got me through my procedure -- all the way to "Dr. Eric," who met me with his broad (permanent) smile -- I could not have asked for a friendlier or more efficient staff. The only thing missing was nitrus oxide, which usually helps calm my deathly fear of dentists. I was offered sedation, which was not necessary for the work I needed, so Terri practically held my hand through the entire procedure. I highly recommend this practice, whether for emergencies or full-time dental needs.
