If you are like me, going to the dentist is on my least favorite list. My reason is due to some really bad experiences. All that completely changed when I discovered Pelican Landing Dental, a family practice in Bonita Springs, FL. For the very first time in my life, it was a dentist experience I didn’t think was possible. The environment is spotless, as well as tastefully decorated, everyone in the office is professional and friendly, if you are chilly you are given a blanket, and rarely do you have to wait for your appointment. When I got home, I absolutely raved about my first appointment to my husband – who, by the way, is now a patient - his experience matched mine. In the past month, I had upper and lower crowns installed by Dr. Rich Gilbert, something I thought I would never consider having done again. Before the work was to begin, Dr. Rich was extremely patient, provided me with all the information I needed to understand the procedure and answered all my questions. His assistant Jenn, was absolutely fantastic, and I say this with much sincerity. I am severely hearing impaired, and her sensitivity to this condition, as well as Dr. Rich, made the experience so much easier. Bottom line, if you are seeking a dentist, look no further than Pelican Landing Dental. You won’t be disappointed.

Pelican Landing Dental.....what a find!! New to area and have had the same dentist for 35 years...was concerned in finding a dentist in this area that would meet my expectations. My experience here was just exceptional......this is a state of the art....up to date dental office! From the moment you enter the office till you leave the atmosphere is warm.....the receptionists are pleasant, kind, super friendly along with the staff who are also efficient, organized, and competent in their roles. My hygienist was Connie.....she exceeded my expectations......she was extremely welcoming......easy to talk to......very thorough.......detail orientated and explained every little step along the way before anything was done (had full set of X-rays and cleaning). Dr. Rich Gilbert himself was exceptional......very personable.....extremely knowledgeable......excellent communication skills. He takes the time to listen and explain everything......welcomes questions/concerns......he is not rushed....he is confident and puts you at ease. But the most phenomenal experience of all is the personal touch that is given to you.....I can't imagine getting any better service than I did. Amazing practice!

I have never felt that comfortable at any dentist's office; although, I have had doubts on about how my firs visit was going to be. Well, from the receptionist, the doctor's assistance, to the doctor, all my doubts and fear vanished,I felt like they have known me for years. Very professional as I described the people that worked there. My treatment has just started, and to be honest, I don't know why it took me so long to start treatment maybe I haven't discovered the people at Pelican Landing Dental. Now I am so eager to meet with them again.

I absolutely love this practice!! My husband and I are so happy to find these excellent professionals who are compassionate & caring....we have transferred our dental records from Indiana...our dentists are in Bonita now! Under the guidance of these dentists our oral health has greatly improved in just a few short months....beyond thrilled!

Over the years I have been with several dentists in the Bonita Springs area and without doubt Dr. Gilbert's office, staff, excellent care and personal attention are the best. Compared to my other dental experiences both in this area and up north, Dr. Gilbert's practice is superior in all categories.

I drive all the way from Miami to get my cleanings and check ups at Pelican Landing Dental, especially for my wonderful hygienist Connie Brazelton. She's an exemplary and loving hygienist who loves what does. Once in her chair she puts me at ease and diligently goes to work making my experience wonderful and mostly painless. She's been taking care of me for over 10 years now and each time is better than the last. Thank you Connie and of course my wonderful Doctors and staff at Pelican Landing Dental.

I am new to this area as a full-time resident. I cracked my front tooth veneer. I actually made an appointment with another dental office for Wednesday but since I was in a rush to get this fixed, I called Pelican Landing Dental to see if they had any openings. Pelican Landing could not get me in until Thursday morning. BUT because the person on the phone was so nice and caring and inviting; I actually made the appointment with Pelican Landing Dental, cancelled the other dentist, and waited the extra day, just to go to Pelican Landing Dental. I'm glad I waited! I found the office to be very clean and inviting. The entire staff was friendly. Dr. Garris was very professional, patient, caring and comforting. A horrible dental situation could not have been any better. I will bring my entire family to Pelican Landing Dental.

Excellent care. They were recommended by a friend, she was right. She said she found a great dentist, and absolutely! I could not believe they were great at fitting me in the next day. I had broken a crown! Dr. Gilbert is excellent doctor and very kind, He is very concerned about your comfort. I cant say enough about the care they have shown to me! Just awesome!

I'm from another state and broke a tooth and Pelican landing dental was referred by a friend. They were great! The friendly staff got me an emergency appointment and Dr. Garris and her assistant were both great fixing my tooth and making me comfortable with a temporary crown before I left on a big trip. Thank you to Dr Rich and his entire team. I am from Illinois and had an emergency when a tooth came off my upper denture on a Sunday. Called your office Monday morning & Dr Rich was able to help me immediately. 2 weeks later the same tooth came out and agin he was able to take me and sent denture to lab and recd it back overnight. I appreciated the prompt attention to my problem and the courteous help given me by all who work at your office. I highly recommend your practice to all who are looking for a dentist. Can't say enough about how great this practice is. Went there as a new patient, on an emergency basis for a cracked tooth! They went out of their way to see me asap, were kind, considerate & wonderful to me! I had a more serious problem than I thought, fixed it all in two visits! I had a dental emergency, and I live out of town. I found Pelican Landing Dental after calling several other "emergency" dentists I found online and reaching voice mails or receiving no answer. The folks at Pelican Landing Dental went out of their way to work me into the schedule as quickly as possible. Everyone I interacted with there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I learned more about my oral health in one visit than I have learned in several years with my dentist in my home state. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental. The attention to detail from booking my appointment, checking on insurance coverage, getting all the paperwork complete was as good as it gets. Natalie was the best hygienist I have had the pleasure to work with. She was kind thorough and it showed she cared about what she was doing. Dr. Lacy was exceptional in here diagnosis and recommendations on my dental care. Debbie was great to work with in setting up my follow up appointments. All in all a great team and great atmosphere.

I absolutely love Pelican Landing Dental!! They are all so nice and truly care about you and your dental needs. I recently had a 2 hour apt to get several fillings done and Dr. Garris and her assistant Teri actually made the procedure fun and I actually enjoyed being there. I have tried 3 different dentists in Naples over the past few years before finding this one and I did not like any of them. I am so glad I finally found them. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Della Nemeskal. She is an outstanding Dental Hygienist who's care and professionalism are the best i have ever had. I recommend her highly and will definitely keep coming back. I also had an old filling removed and replaced by Dr. Rich. I never felt so comfortable in a dental chair. Going to a new dentist is always a little scary….how will I be treated, will they listen to me, will they do a good job of cleaning my teeth and not try and sell me all kinds of products to keep my teeth white and in good health like some dental companies do. The three C's, Care, Comfort and Convenience were all superlative. The team of Dr Lacy and her very able assistant, Devon, made me feel right at home and very comfortable. Even when I started to drool, Devon quietly handed me an absorbent tissue without poking fun at me! Lacy is the consummate perfectionist, working like an artist to make everything looked just right. I am one of the people who are scared to walk into a dentist's office, let alone go for a cleaning or repair. The staff at Pelican Landing Dental always try to help me to relax and make the experience as comfortable as possible. They are very detailed and give a complete exam by the hygienist as well as the dentist. Each will take time to talk and explain every procedure and give you the options. I have been a patient of the practice for well over 10 years now. As a matter of fact I have referred snowbird neighbors to the practice and they go every year. I would recommend it to anyone.
