Dr. Lacy was very professional and caring. Even though a trip to the dentist causes me much anxirty, I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff is friendly and welcoming and i would recommend them to friends and family.

As always, the treatment and service was superb. I was seen by Connie who has a genuine concern regarding my dental health and well being. She is a professional, easy going hygienist with a great sense of humor. The front desk personnel are also very courteous and Crista answered all of my questions . Even though I didn’t need to see any of the Dentists this time, I know they provide quality care. I recommend Pelican Landing Dental to anyone who asks.

Pelican landing dental is by far the best dentist!

Dr. Eric and Terri are excellent practitioners as they kept me comfortable and well informed when prepping me, and building my temporary bridge. I am now 24 hours post surgery and have experienced very little pain. Terri called this morning to see how I was doing. We went over a few details of my post-op home care. Overall my expectations were superseded by reality.

It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gilbert is very competent. Great experience.

I saw Dr Lacy Gilbert to have an infected tooth extracted and bone graph put in for a future implant. She did a great job of doing this with minimal discomfort. She even came in on her day off to do this as I have a vacation coming up and wanted to be healed by then. She and Dr Rich Gilbert are wonderful people and healthcare providers. I couldn't be happier.

First visit to Pelican Landing. I was made to feel welcome by everyone. Danielle did a great job with cleaning and answering all questions. Dr. Rich did a thorough exam and also answered all questions.

I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, so going into my new patient appointment at Pelican Landing Dental did bring on some stress. However, Natalie, my hygienist and Dr. Eric were fantastic. I did need some follow up care and Amy and Dr. Rich were wonderful as well. Thank you for making my visit as comfortable as possible and for taking good care of me!

So far, service has been outstanding. Will be more knowledgeable after service is complete and I get a sense of how my work holds up.

I just wanted to say thank you for everyone at pelican landing dental but a special thank you to Anna and Dr. Eric. They were both very understanding sympathetic to my needs. Truely the best experience I have ever had with a dentist and his assistant. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I've continued to have great experiences with Pelican Landing Dental. Their quality of care is unmatched (and makes me wonder about my prior experiences with other dental groups). I am notoriously anxious about seeing dentists given my sensitivity and they always make it a comfortable experience. And despite a busy work schedule, they always work with me to fit me in. Special shout-out to Della as well for having such a gentle touch!

I had a medical emergency and was seen by a dentist two days later. I was amazed that I could be seen so quickly . Every effort was made to accommodate my needs. I needed a crown and was fitted with a temporary crown the very first day I walked into the dentists’ office. Everyone was friendly , courteous and helpful from the receptionist to the assistant and to the two dentists who made sure my emergency was attended to that very day! New patient with an emergency that was managed beautiful. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very caring and explained what was being done as they took care of my problem.

Very caring and well trained staff. I am always greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I arrive and never kept waiting far after my appt time. They realize no one wants to wait around and waste my time or theirs. I feel like the doctors and staff do a wonderful job and work hard to explain what services are needed and make each visit as comfortable as possible.

I made an appointment with Pelican Dental due to an infection in my tooth. I was in a great deal of pain when I arrived at the clinic. I found the staff hygienist and the dentist to be friendly, efficient, and caring. They immediately arranged an appointment for me to have a root canal on the same day. My follow up appointment was the same; friendly, and efficient. I would certainly recommend Pelican Dental to any of my friends.
