Being new to the area, I was hoping to find a wonderful, caring dental office with outstanding service - and that's EXACTLY what I found at Pelican Landing Dental! I've been there 3 times - a cleaning and replacement of two crowns - and Della, Devon and Dr. Lacy couldn't have been better. Their level of professionalism is superb; everything they do is done with painstaking detail and the results are exceptional! Dr. Lacy and Devon go out of their way to not only assure that your dental care is the best, but their concern for your comfort throughout the whole procedure is very much appreciated! All of the staff I've dealt with are top notch, super friendly, and I couldn't be happier with my selection of Pelican Landing Dental as my new dentist in Bonita Springs!

I came in for my first visit today and was thoroughly impressed by this office in every respect. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, everything was on time and organized, the equipment was the most modern available, and the office was impeccably clean. I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

The staff are very friendly and immediately put patients at ease. During my 1st appointment an extensive analysis of my dental problems was done by examination, X-ray, and photography. My teeth were then cleaned and a plan was made for future work. Several months later I had an old dental crown break. I was given an appointment the same day. Everyone who participated in my care did an excellent and professional job while constantly being concerned about my comfort level. Any one fearing a trip to the dentist will be will be pleasantly surprised by the care they receive at Pelican Landing Dental.

My overall experience from the minute I walked through the door at Pelican Landing was awesome. Everyone had such great enthusiasm and positive attitudes which was extremely welcoming. They are very thorough in everything they do which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I would recommend this positive and upbeat office to anyone in the area.

From start to finish, everyone I encountered was polite, friendly and concerned with my wellbeing. Located right off of Tamiami Trail, Pelican Landing Dental's office is beautifully appointed and efficiently run. As a new patient, I was shown around the facility before being comfortably seated in the hygienist's chair. The hygienist used the latest technology to x-ray and clean my teeth. Afterwards, Dr. Lacy Gilbert came in to examine my mouth and to layout any future work/appointments, and so forth. This practice excelled in every aspect - quality of care, my personal comfort and its convenience to where I live and shop.

From day 1, a very professional office. There is always a concern about pain and they always explain things very thoroughly. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Garris, Alexis and Natalie were terrific. Dr. Garris was very thorough, knowledgeable, gentle and personable. I was very relaxed and appreciated discussing Tufts Univ and Boston. Her diagnosis was very well explained. Natalie was very kind and seemed very committed to her profession. Alexis was the first face I saw. She was welcoming and very professional and takes great X Ray and flash camera pictures.

Spent the last few weeks at Pelican Landing Dental having all my old silver fillings removed and refilled. I was scared to death and worried about the pain. Well I'm here to tell you that these procedures went perfectly well. The work is all complete. My teeth look beautiful -whole- new. I'm really happy about this. I truly love this group and you will see for yourself when you go in and get your checkup and cleaning. I can't really cite "convenience" as a factor anymore, as I've sold my Estero home after 12 years and now reside in North Naples. The factors that do remain center on an excellent staff led by top-of-the-line dentists - Quality of Care and Comfort. Your establishment has been my one and only dental office since 2005; due to brevity, I will not list the names of all those employees I consider so important to my dental care. You all know who you are! My occasional "treats" represent another way of my expressing just how invaluable your services are to me.
