Had a great experience. Staff was very professional and very easy to communicate with. Upfront pricing was a plus. Makes going to the dentist a very positive event.

Was able to see me after an emergency and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and gave me all my options on how to fix the issue.

One word is...EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT,AND EXCELLENT!! Usually I'm nervous going to the dentist but this experience was a joy to me. Dr. Gilbert is an expert in his profession. His assistant is professional,great in his field and has a wonderful personality. They make a good team. My husband agrees with me. Thank you for such wonderful service from staff too. Pelican Landing is the best! The staff is warm, friendly and efficient. Everything is explained fully and they are always concerned about your comfort. I thought my dentist up north was great but Dr Lacy is awesome! I just had a crown placed over a back molar, and it fits perfectly. The entire procedure was painless and extremely professionally done. They even took an X-ray to double check the placement. I highly recommend this practice!!

Skilled, professional, personable, accommodating. What more could one ask for? As new patients, our experience has been excellent. It's clear that everyone is committed to delivering a very high level of service and they truly care about their patients.

My first encounter with Pelican Landing Dental was not a dental appointment. Several months ago I stopped in to inquire about a doctor's office which had been next door. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as she detailed how to find the doctor's new location. This went far beyond providing me with a map. Kudos! Now as a new client of Pelican Landing Dental, after several appointments, i am impressed that they are very thorough and professional while being warm and easy-going. Also, I notice and appreciate that everyone from the receptionists to the dentists project a team approach. The print copy of my x-rays gave me the opportunity know in advance what my treatment would be, to follow and ask questions, and to know the cost in advance.

I selected Pelican Landing Dental to do my in-office teeth whitening since my longtime dentist does not do the procedure. From my first call for an appointment to everyone I interacted with, the staff's friendly and professional service was outstanding. Terri did my teeth whitening, and she did an excellent and gentle job as my teeth are gleaming white! I did not have a single tooth sensitive moment during the whitening procedure -- and now days later, still have not had even one moment of discomfort or sensitivity. Dr. Eric also was great with my initial examination, and friendly as we talked about fishing. The office is very modern and professionally equipped but most importantly of all, full of caring and friendly dental professionals. I was very impressed. Thank you all!

Pelican Landing Dental is a first rate organization. The office, the staff and the quality of care is as good as any dental practice I have had experience with. The office is bright and well cared for. The staff is friendly, professional and well qualified. Doctor Rich is a very well qualified dentist with an excellent, gentle touch. The care I have received at Pelican Landing Dental has been excellent and I would recommend the practice to anyone looking for the best dental care.

I moved my dental work to Pelican last year after a bad experience with another dentist in town. The people are friendly and courteous. They explain what is going to happen and the experience is wonderful!!!

I was visiting from another state and had no Dentist and no familiarity with the area. I suffered a broken tooth. I called Pelican Landing Dental and they took me in without an appointment. All the staff were friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and competent. Each aspect of my multi-step repair was clearly explained to me as well as being given an up front and complete price for the repair.. The repair itself including my pain management was exceptionally well done from start to finish. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental. Truly an exceptional experience for me overall which could not in any way be improved upon.

Dr Eric repaired a front tooth where other dentists wanted to put a crown or veneer. It looks great and no one could tell it wasn't normally like this. He also put a filling in another tooth an i didn't feel a thing!

I truly cannot be more thankful or appreciative to Dr. Lacy (Gilbert) and her staff at Pelican Landing Dental. Twice they have come to my aid with a dental emergency and resolved it with professionalism and quality care. When you call a dentist with an issue and are seen the very same day that's incredible service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming making for a wonderfully positive experience for a not so fun dental procedure. (Is there a fun dental procedure?) I’ve had more than my share of Dentist visits in my time. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had to date. Had a crown come off they worked me in the next day. Only 7 miles down the road. Very professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. I would definitely use them again and would recommend this Dental Office to anyone.
