I needed emergency dental attention ---found Pelican Landing Dental online ------called -------and was accommodated with an appointment the very next morning. I found all staff most helpful and courteous and received Dr.Lacy Gilbert's Stellar,undivided attention to a complex problem. , The total beauty of these offices makes "going to the dentist". Best Dental service I have ever had. My appointment was for a dental emergency which was attended to when they first opened with excellent care and wonderful customer service. Very caring staff and efficient front office. My Dentist called me twice in the next 24 hours to be sure I was doing well, and I was. Will highly recommend their services to those who need medical care. Best thing was the office provided everything I needed in their facility and did not have to go to someone else to complete my care..

I have had extensive dental work done by this office and thus far I am extremely satisfied with the outcome . The pain was more tolerable than I expected and I know that is the result of the care from the staff . Also they were very accommodating working with my schedule .

Suffering with a stifling toothache while on holidays in Bonita Springs I set out to locate a dentist who provided emergency care on Friday morning. Although they were taking scheduling appointments for Monday, they managed to "squeeze" me in provided I could come right away. 20 minutes later I was in a dentist chair being looked after by Dr. Lacy. The facilities were immaculate, the staff courteous and the dentist highly professional. They needed to refer me to another group who provided oral surgery. By noon all was done ! Amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend their office.

When one of my crowns cracked in half, I called Pelican Landing Dental ... 1. The location is easily accessible from Route 41 2. The staff is exceptional...from the woman.answering the phone to make my appointment to the dental assistants and the Doctor herself...each was personable, concerned and concise...friendly 3. The waiting room is lovely and well stocked with current reading materials. 4. I was greeted immediately by reception. 5. An assistant came to escort me at my appointment time and led me to my assigned chair. 6. The office is a WOW...beautifully laid out and artfully decorated(the watercolors of Florida landscapes are joyful). 7. Every step of my procedure was explained either by a dental assistant or by the Doctor. I had requested Dr. Lacey....she is GREAT!...Gentle. Knowledgeable. Thorough. She took the time to get to know me, listening as well as giving information. A lovely young woman, skilled in interpersonal relationships as well as her craft. 8. The procedure was painless,and I left with a comfortable, beautifully designed temporary crown. Two weeks later....the permanent crown is in and I am very pleased.. both with the feel and the appearance of the tooth. Thank you Pelican Landing Dental...you have a new patient.❤️

A broken tooth 4 days before our trip to Africa and I was panicking. They worked me in the same day I called. I needed a crown. So happy with the whole experience. This was a first time visit being I have a dentist I see regularly in Minnesota. Didn’t have time to get the permanent crown installed but the temporary crown has saved the day. Thanks! I most certainly recommend this company!

I have been with dr Gilbert since dr Ryan turned over his practice to dr. Gilbert. I have never regretted staying with dr rich. He has been very caring and always does what is best for my dental care! I recently lost my front tooth and needed a transplant while I was out of town. I did go to a surgeon to get an evaluation and decided this was a serious situation. After thinking about my situation I came back to Florida and am in the process of having dr Gilbert do the implant. I felt dr rich and his staff are the best and I want the best dentist to care for me!

Everyone was very friendly, very professional, personable. They have state of the art equipment and did a very thorough cleaning and check up and explained everything.

First I would like to thank Dr. Lacy for doing a great job on my recent procedure. Dr. Lacy is very gentle and made me feel comfortable by clearly explaining each step in her work. Everyone at Pelican Landing Dental is very professional and welcoming. It is very evident that everyone cares about each patient that enters the door. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental.

My experience has been with Dr. Gilbert and several dental hygienists. I have found them to be very competent, efficient, and effective. Personally they are also a pleasure to deal with. I recommend their services highly.

The staff at Pelican Landing Dental are friendly and eagar to help. I was visiting my sister when a veneer fell off. They were able to glue it back on for me. They explained what they were doing each step of the way. I could not have had a nicer experience!

After two and one half hours for a double temporary crown. There was no pain and the time went by very quickly. Terri the assistant , was just no kind and the Dr was very careful . What a very nice way to have my dental work taken care of. I would recommend this Pelican Landing office to everyone. Thanks again See you on the 25th for permenmsnt crowns. Actually all three were achieved by caring, professionals that always make my visits a pleasure! How many people can say that about going to the dentist!!

My experience has always been very positive. Good hygienists and excellent staff. I’ve always found everyone very helpful and polite. No complaints about my dental work or being able to get appointments. All in all extremely happy.

Super staff and best chair side manor I have seen in a long time!!! A true owner/operator local dentist group and a true family feel, much better than the major national firm offices that the staff and dentists seem to be stuck in a contract they can't get out of. I am now moving my son and myself to this office. Thanks Michelle, Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Heisser!!!
