Synergy is the Best! The staff is knowledgeable, caring & friendly. Everyone calls you by name as you enter, making you feel at home. They make sure you understand what you should be doing & how to do all exercises. (Sometimes Nicole will push you a little to do more, but that is good!!)There is always a cheerful atmosphere to help you get thru sessions easily. This is my 3rd session and have always come away much better physically. THANK YOU NICOLE and staff for going above & beyond! I will probably be back!

I was referred to Synergy by my Orthopedic Surgeon for Physical Therapy. I was involved in an auto accident which had caused some severe pain in my right leg, and kept me from being able to walk for about 6 weeks before I could begin physical therapy. My Physical Therapist was Ben Toolson at Synergy on Eastern Avenue, in Las Vegas. The very first session Ben suggested we set a goal for my visits so we would know if we were making progress. The goal was for me to get out of my wheelchair, and be able to use my right leg to walk as I had prior to the accident. I felt that I received excellent attention from not only Ben, but the entire team at synergy during every one of my sessions. There was a plan for my workout, it was documented, so any one of the team knew what needed to be done, and they all made themselves available to me to guide and assist me each session. There were progressive tasks, which I had to accomplish, some using the machines, and others self driven. I was very pleased that I could personally see that as we continued my ability to use my leg was improving. As we progressed, I was able to move out of the wheelchair, and begin using a walker. Eventually, I was able to walk without help. Another area we worked on was my balance. It also improved as I progressed. At the end of my therapy sessions, I was able to walk without a limp, and unassisted just as I had before the accident. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone recovering from any type of physical impairment. Thank you to the team at Synergy, for all you did to make my future brighter. My experience at Synergy has been extremely positive. The staff is very engaging and focused on my goals – as well as friendly and engaging, making the experience a positive one. I started my PT experience with lots of doubt. I thought I was facing permanent disability (I have a non-surgical issue). I was not optimistic – but willing to give it some time. Recovery is often a marathon, not a sprint. But, slowly and surely I was feeling less pain and limping less. Today, I am pain free and not limping at all. If you’d asked me if that was possible 6 months ago I would not have believe it was possible. The quality of care I received at Synergy was top notch. Plus, they ended each session with some TLC of ice and electrical stimulation, which helped keep me comfortable. Today, I go to Synergy under a fitness plan rather than under the direct supervision of my PT Ben. (Although he is always keeping an eye on me, updating my exercises as needed, and their support staff guide me through my prescribed exercises.) I think that is one of the biggest shout outs I can give Synergy. Rather than maxing out my insurance benefits and leaving me hanging without support for the rest of the year – they were more interested in me, my recovery, and not focused on their own profits. Surely they would have made more money by keeping me in PT longer. I'm not sure many rehab companies would have done that. But that really shows me that they put the PATIENT before PROFITS. The advantage of switching me off PT into their fitness program gives me peace of mind knowing that in the event I really need to go back to Ben my PT, I still have remaining sessions available thru my insurance carrier. That – to me – says it all. They are patient focused. Focused on what is best for me - and my pocketbook. I’m walking. I’m pain free. And I owe it to the team at Synergy. I would highly rate their PT staff and assistants. Their office manager is also great. She's always willing to be flexible and help me manage my schedule to work with theirs. That has a real advantage of convenience that I appreciate. A win-win! I would highly recommend them! Quality, comfort, convenience - those 3 things are all important to me. And Synergy Physical Therapy has gone beyond my expectations.
