Thank you Ackerman Toyota for quickly helping us with our problem, which was that we could not start our hybrid when we returned from a 16-day trip away from home. Service staff recommended that I have the car towed in for analysis, which AAA did for us. The analysis showed that the car itself was not draining the battery, nor had any other related problem, but that the battery itself was the problem! They installed a new batter for us at no charge! We are grateful for the quick help and the fact that we got the car back that same afternoon! Thanks again, Ackerman Toyota!

My service experience at Ackerman is consistent throughout the organization: from the service persons who greet me when I first pull in to the service area, the pros manning the desks, to the people answering the phones when I call. One and all are courteous, helpful, patient, and professional.

I had a fantastic experience when visiting Ackerman Toyota for service last week. I took my Venza in for safety and emissions inspections along with an oil change. Dennis Grabe was my service advisor. He explained the costs for each of the items above and invited me to sit in the waiting area. Kenny Nord was my service technician. He was fantastic!! He came out and gave me a brief summary of what he found during the inspections along with recommendations on a few items that needed attention (super dirty cabin filter and a much needed coolant flush). He told me what the estimated cost would be. I told him to go ahead with that work. He gave me an estimated timeframe of when he would be finished. He was actually finished sooner than expected. Dennis came to get me from the waiting area when Kenny was done with everything. The checkout process was quick and easy. My Venza was waiting for me outside (ready to go). Everything about my service experience was great!

I had to take car in to check tire pressure. Even though I had no appointment, the service dept was able to check tire, diagnose the issue, fit me in the schedule, and make repairs that morning. All of this was done with their professional courtesy that I’ve. come to expect. I don’t take my car anywhere else but to Ackerman for any service or maintenance.
