I went in to have them look at my car, I scraped the under body. I was told there were scratches but no major damage. While there, even though I didn't schedule, they did my required maintenance. Service was quick and the staff was very courteous!

Hi Ackerman Team, I absolutely love coming to your dealership - every time I visit Alyssa provides nothing but the best when it comes to customer service. Thank you, Alyssa for always being honest and upfront about repairs! One suggestion I have for management is having advisors provide a printout or some type of visual representation when suggesting an alignment. Alignments are expensive and I am more likely to spend my money on a repair when I can visually see the misalignment on paper or through a digital report of some sort. Thanks! Maddie

Did a great job, thank you! After having my car towed due to a bad battery, and it was -3 temperature when I could not turn my car on. Within an hour after receiving my car, service advisor called to tell me all that was needed besides a new battery. Told them the first day to do everything except some fluid changes, but next morning changed my mind and told them to do all that was needed, and glad that I did. Thank you also for having someone pick me up, so I could pick up my car. Car drives smooth and great. Thank you also for receiving discount because of my age. Always a superb job!!!!

As always, I'm so grateful that I not only bought a Prius, but that I have it serviced through Ackerman. The new Hampton location is great and so easy to get in/out. I also appreciate how the staff is knowledgable but NEVER pushy about upgrades + extra service to consider. I got 4 new tires RIGHT in time before awful winter weather we're experiencing as I write this, and every time I get in my car I just thank my lucky stars I was able to squeeze in that appointment when I did! It's not often I have to be in Ackerman (because thanks to them the car has stayed in great shape!) but I really do have a pleasant, speedy experience every time. Thank you, Ackerman team!

This is my first experience with Ackerman Toyota and it was a great experience I was in for recalls and inspection on my vehicle. Alyssa arranged round-trip shuttle service for me to go home continue working while my vehicle was being looked over. She offer some recommended maintenance no pressure. I will go back here not only because its in my neighbor, but also because the customer service was excellent. I will state there is an individual in the service department that could use de escalation training. This review would be much different had I had to deal with him.

Have been doing business with Ackerman for the past 25yrs. During that time we have purchased 4 cars. Our experience has always been pressure free. Even though I shopped other Toyota dealers, I always found my best deal with Ackerman. Another selling point is their service department. All are friendly and always treat my wife and I with respect. They are knowledgeable and always explain things in a way that is easily understood. If we have questions, they are answered to our satisfaction. I have never felt like they were selling me unwanted service, and on the rare occasion when they do service my vehicle, I don’t feel cheated.
