Good evening, In 2019 I new what I want to purchase, a Toyota, but from what dealership. So I got on line reading reviews, Met Mr. Ackerman the son over the Hampton dealership which I didn't know at the time that he was the owner. I'm saying all of this because this will probably be my last time writing a report on my experience. He told me that he take great pride in serving the people in the area and to have a staff that feel the same. So he started off running with his staff and everyone show professionalism in their duties. I can't leave out the mechanics they are the ones that make it all come together, I was looking two an halve hours of wait time and it turn out hour and a halve wow! So when you lay a good solid foundation, you will get a solid build. Thanks Thanks again. One last thing I was outside smoking my pipe and Al came out and we talked, help pass the time a little until a gentleman came out and ask him to do someone else job which he agree but I told him that we were talking and he stop our conversation to give him a job, just joking, "THANKS"

Went in for a vehicle inspec5tion and was told there had been a recall on a wiring harness & they would fix it free of charge. Everyone I talked to was very kind and explained everything to this old lady. AMet6ja was particularly helpful showing me how to renew my plates on line. Everyone knows it's more expensive to get work done at the dealer but I never have to worry when bring Celeste in for anything. I'm confident only the required work will be done. It's always a pleasure visiting Ackerman!

I came to Toyota for an oil change. The service Rep pointed out that several other things needed attention! I am grateful for Toyota’s thoroughness and trust their expertise to keep our 2008 Prius in good running shape!

I have used the service department at Ackerman ever since my wife and I bought our 2019 Camry in the summer of 2020. Those who work the service counter have always been professional and friendly in their dealings with me, as well as the staff that not only checks me in but those that do the actual maintenance or recall work. They have never tried to sell me work on the car that I didn't come in for. This is an area where other dealerships fall down, but not Ackerman. Lastly, the facility is clean, the work is neat and thorough, not to mention the the coffee being hot in the waiting area!

We always have a fabulous experience from purchasing our cars to servicing them. We highly recommend this dealorship!

This repair was a recall situation, and I aided a question about my fifth door not raising high nought. The service was impeccable and the manager took time to show me what I did that might have caused the door situation as well as how to adjust it. The estimated time for the fuel pump was close. When I couldn't get a ride to pick up the car, that service was provided. Everything was so professional! I am glad I both bought and have my car serviced there!
