On Monday 11/29, I called and talked to Dennis G. about ordering a catalyic converter shield for our 2017 Toyota Prius. He went ahead and ordered the part and said it might take a week or two. On Monday Dec. 6 he called and told me that the part has arrived, and scheduled installation on Thursday 12/10. It took a little over an hour for the installation. Everything went off without a hitch. Our 2017 Prius is the 5th car purchased at Ackerman. We only use them for service, as they have the best service technicians, and will keep coming back for service. Keep up the good work!

As always, Ackerman Toyota did a fine job on our Prius. The reason for the visit was a 60,000 mile checkup. Everything was handled on time, and the work done (oil change, air filter change) was explained and completed. The complimentary check up was thorough.

I have high praise for the Ackerman Service team. Rich Kindle is the Service Advisor whom I contact for appointments and service and he always provides me with great service--polite, professional and personable. I always feel confident when leaving Ackerman that our RAV4 will continue to provide us with reliable transportation. My wife and I are both very pleased with the excellent service that we have received at Ackerman since purchasing our RAV4 Hybrid three years ago.

Curteous, thorough, fast.

I called about a flat tire and was taken in that day to have it fixed. Matter of fact I was told just to bring it in and they would fit me in when I got there. I unfortunately had to purchase a new tire but the situation was explained, as they always do, and it was finished and I was on my way within 2 hours. Thx as always for efficient,courteous service.

Maintenance was performed in a timely and efficient manner

I have purchased four cars from Ackerman since 2008. My experiences have always been good. I trust them to treat me well and service my car well. I could not say that about dealers I have previously dealt with.

I was very happy with the service I received on 10/29. I had to have work done on my Venza due to an airbag recall. Scotty C. did a fantastic job evaluating my car for this recall and making the necessary repairs. At the same time, he noticed that my battery was at low voltage. He charged the battery but it wouldn't hold charge. So, I had the battery replaced with a new 7 year one (right before the winter months when the battery is under more stress!!). Steve (service writer) kept me informed during the work and made sure that I understood everything that was done to my car. I highly recommend Ackerman Toyota for car service/maintenance needs.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the staff upon my arrival. They very quickly took my care the the maintenance check and oil change for which I was scheduled. The work was completed within an hour. I was told what was done and informed about what would be expected upon my next visit. I find the staff friendly and very focused on the customer's needs. Not completely comfortable w oil changes only at 10000 mile intervals but I am old school in that regard. I know it saves money. Not sure it’s good for the car. I understand the synthetic oil makes it possible. Otherwise my visits are pretty fast and I can wait for the car. Had a couple non scheduled maintenance visits that have also gone well.

Good service. I have worked in car dealerships for years and Ackerman does a good job.
