As is usual at Ackerman, I was assigned to a staff person who kept me updated on the work needed, the findings of the technicians, and recommendations. I like this system as it allows me to ask questions of just one person. No surprises, no hassles.

One of the advantages of driving a Toyota, I do not have to spend a lot of time getting my truck repaired. I still have to respect wear and tear, which requires regular visits for preventative maintenance. I was satisfied with the work that was done on my Tacoma. I was advised of the work that was done and the work that would be required in the near future.

It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Ackerman! My position was ready when I got to the company, meaning my car was immediately taken into the shop for repair. I was given an approximate time to expect it to be ready and it was on time. The staff was very kind and courteous, letting me know before billing me what the situation was and what did I want them to do! Of course with having done business with them for years, I didn't question their integrity and was please with the outcome of the service. I was in and out with a guaranteed of the work performed. I was even informed of when the tires would be on sale for my next need. As always it was the usual Toyota great experience! Thanks for quality service...

I thought my battery was shot and after getting a jumpstart, I drove directly to Ackerman for service. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me right in and resolved my issue. Thankfully I did not need a new battery and am grateful my dealership did not try to sell me a product I didn’t need. My car was sluggish due to idle Covid time ... I hadn't seen maintenance since 2020. I just got a fine-tune and upgrade ... a multi-point inspection, tire rotation and proper pressure, air filter replacement, brake fluid and oil change. Now my car is running beautifully, better than ever. I trust Ackerman completely ... I know they care about my 2014 Corolla as if it was brand-new. Thanks to Mark Wright and the team!

I had a really great experience with Mark at Toyota. I am not from St. Louis and have little knowledge about cars. Mark was really helpful explaining the different parts to me and how necessary they were. He was also great at communicating with my mom about the different services and the costs associated. My car was fixed very quickly and at a fair cost.

I brought my car in for an oil change. There was someone in the bay who took my information immediately and brought it to the oil change station. I was told I could have a seat in the customer waiting area. They quickly did the oil change and all of the employees were very friendly. i

I came in for wiper blades. The first associate sold me the rubber replacements. I am 75 years old and found it impossible to replace them in the cold. When I went back the second associate went out of his way to sell me the part I needed, the whole blade mechanism and he arranged for your service department to install them for me. I have been looking for a new dealership service provider and I will be bringing my car to Ackerman because of the gracious service I received from your parts department.

I am always well taken care of during my appointments at Ackerman Toyota. From discussing my concerns about my Corolla with a service manager to the technicians performing the repairs/updates, I am always treated with professionalism and common sense. I feel they do actually listen to me and only complete the repairs that are necessary and never try to suggest I need other repairs when I don't. Most of the employees and technicians have worked for Ackerman for a long time and this is a very good sign that you don't see with a lot of companies.

Greetings Everyone, I recently took my car to Ackerman Toyota for a repair. OMG the service I received was Amazingly Awesome. For me when an unexpected/malfunction auto repair occurs it makes me very uncomfortable, wondering about unexpected expenses.Being the owner of a foreign made vehicle (Toyota). I want nothing but the best service for my vehicle. The Staff at Ackerman Toyota provided me with excellent customer service in the most pleasant and courtesy manner. My initial service began over the telephone which was most pleasant. My auto repairs was expedited in a timely manner.
