We needed an emissions inspection for the renewal of our vehicle license. Mark Wright made the appointment for me and helped me upon arrival. I also want to mention Abe in the entrance bay. He is always polite, professional, prompt and answers initial questions. Mark was also professional and personable and patient with me when I had some confusion about the key fob for our 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. I always leave Ackerman after service to the vehicle with a satisfied feeling and with confidence that the RAV4 will continue to give us great, reliable service. We have exclusively relied on Ackerman Toyota for all maintenance and service needs for our 2018 RAV4 Hybrid. The service has been outstanding--personable staff, prompt appointments, efficient turnaround time and quality work. Rich Kindle has arranged appointments and always explains the work to be done and any options. We have total confidence in our RAV4 because of the consistently high service and knowledgeable staff.

I have had my 2012 Rav4 serviced at Ackerman Toyota for the past ten years since I purchased it from Ackerman. I have always been impressed with their work and their efficiency. If and when I buy another car, it will also probably be a Rav4, and also from Ackerman.

Perfect in every way for my needs

That 'RedLight' turned on. I knew it was Oil Change time. Yesterday would have been ideal; but I hadn't reserved time. I drove in anyway and explained. The immediate response from one of your people, "I have time right now!" Several lights were out, tires needed rotating and the air filter needed cleaning. Normal necesary expectations. What I most appreciate is not feeling I am being 'talked into something additional'when it comes to the end of the waiting time. It was all GOOD. THANK YOU, ACKERMAN. (What I do miss are some of the 'good, old faces'from 15 =20 years ago. New ones are fine!. )
