I moved back to St. Louis in 2018 and started using Ackerman Toyota at that time because they are close to where I live. They have been incredibly responsive and professional each and every time I have dealt with them. Every person there is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The work has been excellent. If I were to move far away from them in the future, I would STILL go to them. You never want to give up a good thing when you have it!!

Had an appointment for 7 am - arrived a bit before 7 and was in line for service. On the dot the garage doors opened at 7 and ushered in. There was one car in front of me and when the rep checked them in, I was next with basically no wait time. The check in service is fast and easy. Ushered to the waiting room where WiFi password is offered if you choose to work (like me) or TV was on for listening pleasure. In record time, my car was done - the rep reviewed what they did and what potentially would be needed and the timing of same. Check out is at your convenience (I was in the middle of a work issue.) and once packed up and ready check out was simple. Quick Efficient Friendly - what was not to like?

Ackerman Toyota has taken care of my 2011 Prius since I bought it, and I have always received excellent service. I appreciate the informative, courteous and efficient check in process, the comfort and convenience of the waiting area, and prompt, effective service.

I called into the Service Department and they got me in right away. I had a leak in my tire and they were able to patch it up right away. Mark and the rest of the team were nothing but spectacular and I can't thank them enough for making the experience as quick and easy as possible. Top notch and I will be going there again if I need anything.

I moved to St. Louis from Alton I always had Munganast Toyota do all my maintenance as well as purchasing cars. I tried another Toyota dealership for maintenance and I was very dissatisfied They were rude and could care less about me as a person I was just another number in their day.This time I came to your dealership and everyone was so pleasant very prompt I felt like I was at home I will continue to use your services and would like to think the lady in the service department for her friendly and professional way she conducted business.

Quality of repair: There was no repair regarding Apple Car Play. They said I had a cheap cable cord and needed a new one. Speed of Repair: I am satisfied. I chose to wait on the car vs. leaving it. Work Guaranteed: No guarantee was needed for checking out Apple CarPlay. I was treated respectfully and professionally by all service personnel. The service desk manager was courteous and attentive to my need. He personally walked over to the car with me and removed all excess Ackerman papers left inside. I could not ask for better service.

I have driven a Toyota RAV 4 for a year now and I love it but what I have been most pleased about has been the service I receive from Ackerman. The staff is absolutely welcoming and helpful from the moment I call until the work is done. It is strange to say, but I enjoy taking the car in for service!!!!
