So far so good. A little expensive. I was surprised my car was not vacuumed out. Most services will vacuum your car. I paid $1700 dollars, I think it would be nice.

I had a situation where my Engine light came on while I was driving on the highway. I took it to Ackerman and talked to a service representative. She said I could leave it there or make an appointment. I went home and called Denny the next day. He said to bring it in and they found the problem took care of it and got me out of there pretty fast. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.. THANKS

The staff at Ackerman is really very helpful, polite, professional and fast. They respect my vehicle and take good care of us both (me and car) I am confined to a power wheelchair which locks into drivers position so I can drive with hand controls. They take great care to treat it with respect and have the experience to service it. It is a complex system. They are on time, expect my arrival and address me by name as soon as I pull in service bay. Everyone is quick to open doors for me, anticipate my needs, are very friendly and the beautiful surroundings are an actual pleasure to visit. I used to experience great anxiety when going to a car dealer for service because I’m not car savvy. I completely trust these guys and have always had a pleasant experience here. I’m pretty picky so my praise is well deserved. Thank you Ackerman Team.

I took my Rav to Ackerman Toyota for a regular checkup on Friday 13, 2021. I was assisted by three different employees named Mark who were all courteous and helpful. I was happy to receive a car wash in addition to the tire rotations and fluid changes. We consistently experience courteous service at this dealership and I am grateful that they located their new facility within the city limits. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My experience at Ackerman was nothing but professional from start to finish. I came in for a repair that I knew was going to be labor intensive and expensive. Thankfully, my extended warranty handled the bulk of the cost on my end, however the service is what really stood out to me in the end. Metja was honest and communicative throughout every step of the process which I really appreciated. I ended up needing a loaner vehicle for a few days because the repair tech was taking his time, which again, I appreciated. The loaner Camry was great and the process was made easy by the entire Ackerman team. Overall, I had a great experience at Ackerman. I look forward to bringing my Tacoma to Ackerman in the future for the lifetime of the vehicle.
