I am very pleased with the repairing of my 2009 Scion, the air conditioner is working just fine.

First, some background for context. I have been a satisfied customer of Ackerman Toyota for 37 years. In 1984, I was initially attracted by the reported durability of Toyotas. Over the years, I cannot recall a significant mechanical failure of a Tercel, two Camrys, or now two RAV4s. Because I do not discard fully functional items, and because my focus is on reliable transportation, I keep my cars unusually long. In 2019, I traded in a 1998 Camry and a 1999 RAV4 for a new RAV4. At trade-in, the 20- and 21-year-old cars were still both mechanically sound and fully functional; but they lacked modern safety provisions, now important, given my advanced age. I attribute my good experience in part to manufacturing integrity, but maybe more so to Ackerman’s careful maintenance. On a few occasions, wearing parts were noticed, explained, and corrected to head off impending failure. So, maintenance has been thoughtfully preventative, not just routine. Moreover, all Ackerman’s care of my various Toyotas has been done politely, cheerfully, and efficiently. At both their former and current locations, service has been on schedule and with quite reasonable wait times. In short, for many years I have enjoyed reliable vehicles and their careful maintenance by Ackerman Toyota. The five stars are well deserved.

My experience with Ackerman was excellent!! The representatives were friendly and knowledgeable about the service I was getting. They also was finished with my vehicle in about 45 minutes to an hour.

I was out about 30 min. great job.

Went to Ackerman for my 10,000 mile check-up on my 2019 RAV4. I had a 10:30 appointment. When I arrived there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me and I thought, “uh oh, this wii be 2 or 3 hours.” Well, I’m happy to tell you that appointments mean the same to Ackerman as they do to you me. Happy, but not surprised. My wife and I have been loyal and satisfied customers of Ackerman Toyota for over 30 years. Manager Steve Thomas and Sales representative Darwin Bridges are men of their words and they deliver everything they promise including a great price. The Service Department is also top-notch. They make the repairs needed and don’t try to over-sell or talk you into things that aren’t needed The Customer Service representative met me as I pulled into the garage. She went over what the mechanics would do, had me sign the work order and promised to come get me when everything was complete. The inspection covered over 30 items - the car exterior and interior, under the hood (battery, filters, cooling system, hoses, belts and radiator), all fluids, items under the car (driveshaft, axles, suspension, exhaust and fuel lines), brakes and tires including balance and rotation. All at no cost to me and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. Do yourself a favor and stop by Ackerman if you are looking for a great car buying experience.

I was in and out before I knew it. And the week before I dropped in because I picked up a screw driver while driving. They quickly took it out and checked to make sure there was no damage. They are all lovely people. And their new building is very nice and roomy.

Just took my car in for a software update and it was quick and easy and free .. what could be better?
