The speed was good, the communication was excellent and so far the quality is also good. A drinking fountain would have been nice in the waiting room but that might be corrected with the new facility.

Denny has always treated me very promptly and treats me like a friend. It is always a pleasure to do business with him. I usually drop my truck for service, I told them I was waiting today, I pulled in at 7:00 am and was paid and on my way before 7:45 after an oil change and inspection. Thanks guys!!

Ackerman is great and I’m recommending it to everyone I know. From the salesman Neil, to the finance guy to the service department - it is all top notch. Even the owner Jerry Ackerman came out and met me when I picked up my new car - telling me if I had any problems to call him directly. I’ve been going in once a week for tutorials on all the bells and whistles with Neil who is very patient and helpful. This was the first time I’ve bought a car there but it is now my go-to place.

I was pleased with my first experience with having our RAV4 Hybrid serviced at Ackerman. The staff were polite and courteous and all questions were answered with assurances that if I had other questions or concerns the staff would be available to respond. We went with Ackerman to buy our Toyota because we believed that Ackerman had a good service reputation and we want reliable, professional service over the extended life of our vehicle. I look forward to future regular interactions with the Ackerman staff at the new location on Hampton. Off to a very good start!

Always get speedy service and quality work. Your service for me is best for normal needs, like oil changes tune ups etc. You are not good for major things. I have brake pads, mufflers and things like that done elsewhere for half the price.
