Actually Steve Salstrom owns the Corolla and I have the Rav4. Steve brought the Corolla in on Monday. But as far as I know the service was done quickly and a recall was completed he said while he was there also. Steve's email is [email protected] both think your service is number one.

Came in for 20K oil change and tire rotation. The service desk is always friendly and quick. I was the 7th in line and was out in just over an hour.

I took my 2017 Corolla to the shop for my second inspection under my free five-year, 10-inspection program offered by the company. The staff called me a few weeks earlier to set up an appointment date, and they got to my car within a few minutes of the scheduled time. The staff then told me there is a recall of the 2017 Corollas and asked me if I wanted them to get the problem resolved as long as I already was there. I quickly agreed, and they solved the problem in addition to changing the oil, rotating the tires and topping off the fluids. The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous, knowledgable and friendly. I thanked them for their help. The entire appointment, including replacing the recalled part, took only one hour. I was extremely pleased with their performance and personal touch. I am glad I purchased my Toyota from Ackerman, and I look forward to getting future servicing at the dealership's new location on Hampton Avenue, which is just a few blocks from my home. My relationship with Ackerman is ideal, and I am most grateful to the staff.

Today I needed an oil change as well as the emissions and safety inspection to re new my license plates. The work was done quickly and efficiently, as always.the staff are all professional and personable. I wouldn't dream of taking our cars to any other place!

Your service was absolutely top notch. I arrived speaking on the cell phone to my little 4-Year-old grandson in New York who loves cars. Fred himself came out to greet me and said “Hello, Young Fella” to my grandson on the phone! Very sweet. The service was immediate and completed in 20 minutes. I just needed new windshield wipers and to have my registration sticker affixed. They did this and no more for which I was most grateful! I even got to watch some of John McCain’s funeral since I have no tv at home!

I bought a matrix that had a lot of issues. Your manager Fred has been the best and with him and his repair team have gotten my car back where it needs to be. Fred is always helpful and joyful and understands my frustrations with my matrix purchase. I highly appreciate and respect him. It's hard to find someone willing to take the time to listen to your concerns. The others at the service desk always have an upbeat personality and everyone is always willing to help. Great crew there. Im always passing the word.

Fred and Ackerman were very helpful when I had trouble with my car. I called in on a busy Saturday and they worked me in and diagnosed the issue quickly. Fred made all of the arrangements since the repair was covered with extended warranty. Since a part had to be ordered he also arranged for a rental car. Ackerman covered additional days of the rental car since the part took longer. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally.

I bought my Rav4 from Ackerman 6 years ago. I have brought it for servicing all these years. I have found that I can trust their servicing to be honest and fair. The service that I went in for was the periodic oil change and multi-point inspection. I did not need an appointment and the work was still completed sooner than the predicted. The staff is very friendly and I am very confident in their work. Other people that my wife and I know told us about Ackerman and we are glad they did. I will recommend Ackerman Toyota to my friends, family and my buddies that I work with at the main post office.
