I was in for my first 5,000 mile maintenance. Tire rotation, fluid check, no oil change. Service was quick, people were professional and friendly, waiting area was nice, and the tolerance of my 3 yr old was greatly appreciated.

I was able to get an appointment time before work for a minor repair to my Prius. The service team got me in and out very quickly and the new building is super comfortable. I was able to get some work done while I waited. Overall, a great experience.

I took my husband's car in for an emissions test and also for maintenance. As usual, I was greeted politely and professionally. My car was taken to the work area while the paperwork was begun. The staff (Steve) was efficient and quoted the cost. The new location is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The car was ready for me quickly. It is a very friendly environment.

The thing that has kept me at this dealership for 25 years is the service department. I've gotten to know several of these folks over the years, and the one word I would use to describe them is trust. We all need to show a profit, but when your work is being truthful with the customer and delivering on the recommended service, it helps us to keep coming back, driving safely, and sharing our good experiences with our friends. Yes, I love the brand, but you can get it anywhere. Having a "personal" mechanic keeping it in tip-top shape is another thing altogether.

Always a good experience at Ackerman. They deal with drop in maintenance needs easily and usually find ways to save me money. The new building is very convenient though I wish there was a place in the waiting area that was not dominated by a tv.

The work was done in exactly the time suggested. Denny Eaton remembered my name. I have had him two or three times before but that is still amazing with all the customers he encounters. Your new facility is over the top, so spacious. I wanted to talk to the Dave, the sales manager and did run into him for our conversation. The only thing lacking might be a courtesy car. I have that at other Toyota facilities and car repair places. While your maintenance is prompt it could help in detailed repair situations.

I went to Ackerman just for a yearly car checkup. They were incredibly helpful and told me which procedures they thought were unnecessary to save me money. Very fair with pricing as well -- charged less for labor for tire rotations because they had already removed one to patch. New location is gorgeous and has a comfortable waiting area. I'd 100% recommend this place in the future, and I'll definitely be back in the future!

The quality and speed are important but the friendliness and knowledge of service department has been wonderful through all four of my Prius vehicles. And you have always been fair with your pricing. I love my Prius V but it looks like I'll be going to a hybrid Rav 4 next year.
