I would not take my Toyota truck anywhere else but to Ackerman Toyota, in fact my son also has a Toyota camry purchased from Ackerman and will only take it to Ackerman Toyota. The service dept is superior to all, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I recommend to all my friends looking for a vehicle to check Ackerman Toyota out for the best deal.

Service is always good at Ackerman. Sometimes hard to get appointments when warranty work parts comes in. Felt like i was being pushed off 2 or 3 times with getting the appointment set to replace a defective seat cover. Always had to call back and check with the service manager as if no one else could make the appointment. Also could not understand after paying to have all the differential fluid changed out and the truck being in the air already to do this why I would get a phone call wanting another $53.00 to do the 30,000 mile check. I did the differentials as the book called for at 30,000 miles.

Ever since I purchased my Rav4 in 2002, I've ONLY ever taken it to Ackerman for service. They are the BEST at fixing it right the first time. I brought our Toyota in for its 5000 mile check up. I was quickly registered and the gentleman had the rotation and inspection performed while patiently waiting for me to find out if my husband also wanted an oil change. Work was completed in a timely manner. All personnel were pleasant and accommodating.

I have been having my Prius C serviced at Ackerman Toyota since acquiring it in 2015. I found the sales people and financial person, Dave, to be most helpful. I was glad to have gotten a car from them. It was so easy and the car is so nice that a week later my roommate got a car just like my blue car except that her car is red! I have used a different Toyota dealer to purchase a car and service that car in the past; however, I find Ackerman's Service Department to be the best. The service dept. representatives are friendly and accessible. They share my concern that my car be the best it can be. They are aware that the time I have to wait on my car to be services is scarce so I'm sure they put my car in the service que asap when I bring it in. They are also interested in saving me money. They discussed my purchasing a service agreement for past 30,000 miles and gave me a little time to decide if I had the money at that time with which I could purchase the agreement. Without the pressure I was able to decide that I could manage to get the extra service agreement and it was the right decision. The service representatives are terrific. So is the cashier. She is another member of the team who is efficient and personable. I drive about 16 miles to make the trip to Ackerman. There are two other Toyota dealerships with service departments that are much closer to me but I had a great experience when getting my car and I continue to have great experiences in the service department at Ackerman Toyota. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best!
