I drove in with a damaged tire. Robert jumped right on it, determined it could not be patched but must be replaced. The work was done in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost. I drove away a satisfied customer. If you had a six star rating I would have given you it.

The staff at Ackerman is always on the ball. All of the Service Staff make you feel like family. They give good service continually by letting you know what is going on with your vehicle and the costs involved, added discounts too. Also the time it will take for repairs to be completed. The new building is AWESOME! The staff is still the best! They did not need to change.

My experience at Ackerman Toyota was pleasurable! It was my first time visiting the new location on Hampton, and it is such a beautiful and comfortable space and atmosphere. I had to have my radiator replaced due to an overheating issue, and the repair was done fast! The service center employees are knowledgeable and explained the repair to me in detail. My repair was done well and I'm happy with it.

Purchase of new SUV very good experience compared to July 2018. Glad I went into showroom to look around. Adam Gabor approached me to offer assistance in services while I was looking at new cars. He suggested Dave Bajier could also answer my questions. End results I drover off in a new RAV4. Happy so far today.

I have always experienced the best service, in all three categories. The only reason I do not let you do some repairs is cost. My brother in law, who is not a mechanic, changes my front brake pads in 30 min. The cost of the pads is under $50, and you only purchase them once. Subsequent pads are replaced free when you turn in the used ones. How do you justify hundreds of dollars to do a 30 min repair?

Staff was extremely helpful and patient in explaining work. The new facility is so convenient and spacious. Bathrooms are a huge improvement over the former location. Speaking of location, the best thing about the new location is that it is still in the City of St. Louis. I always try to trade with businesses that are really in St. Louis.

I always take my vehicle to Ackerman for their fast, friendly, attentive and quality service. I have a 2010 Tundra and nobody else touches my vehicle for major and minor repairs (which rarely happen because it's a Toyota). The new showroom and service area are amazing.

Just had my first opportunity to visit Ackerman Toyota's new home on Hampton Ave. The fine care and service I have come to expect froj Ackerman is now dispensed in a spacious, well-designed, and easily accessed facility. My only comolaint is the loss of an adjoining Starbucks!
