I’ve owned Toyota’s for myself and contributed to two of my adult children in purchasing Toyota’s also. This is because I love the cars and SUVs so much. They have been great purchases. We are also very pleased with the maintenance team. They have been friendly and informative. They are the main reason I’ve stayed with Toyota! I never dread taking my car for service for I know that what needs to be done will be done in a prompt time frame and competent manner. The service department took care of my 2006 Camry for 10 years and is currently caring for my 2016 model, just routine oil changes, etc. for each car. The service staff played a major role in my decision to purchase another Camry from Ackerman Toyota. They are always friendly, courteous, answer any questions I may have, and explain their billing when service is completed. And, the waiting area is clean and comfortable :)

I continue to receive excellent service at Ackerman Toyota, whether I purchase a used vehicle, lease a vehicle, or purchase a new vehicle - I have done all three. They always do a great job and are very thorough. They have me in and out quickly even if I don't have an appointment. I love that they are open on Saturdays!

I made an appointment for a emission test, car was taken when I arrived, 15-20 minutes later I was on my way home. Very happy. I've been with Ackerman around 20 years or so and they have definitely EARNED my trust.

This is the first Toyota that I have owned. I purchased a RAV4 right after my husband died. The sales person was so wonderful and compassionate and made the process so easy. Since then I have brought my car to the service department and I must say they have been very timely and courteous, each time. Wonderful customer service. I stopped by on a Saturday morning intending to just drop it off, but being informed that it could be done very quickly, decided to wait. I was in and out in about an hour to 45 minutes and was very satisfied with the service.
