I've been bringing my car to Ackerman Toyota for years. My first car was a Toyota Corolla 1994 and my second car is another Toyota which I purchased May 2017. Ackerman Toyota's Sales Dept.has sold us every Toyota we've owned since 1985.
We normally try to keep a car 7-10 years and reliability and good performance are mandatory.
Ackerman Toyota's Service Department receives high praise from the Marshall family. Repairs/maintenance are done in a timely manner; immediate feedback after a service appointment to see if your problem is resolved; time given to explain the problem and resolution; courtesy car for lengthy repair job or needed part; and always---fantastic manager and service staff!!!

I have purchased and had my cars serviced at Ackerman Toyota for over 20 years. I know most of the service people by name and they call me by my first name. Sometimes I think my last name must be Ackerman the way they greet and treat me. I have always received prompt, courtious, and excellent service every time I have one of my cars serviced. I think they exceed the other dealers except in one area. They currently do not have a car wash to clean your car after being serviced like some dealers. They are in the process of building a new facility and I hope it includes a car wash.
I usually hate dealing with the sales department but I had a good experience when I bought my 2018 Camry XLE. The salesman was Tom Gorham and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend you seek him out if you are buying a car.

Today when I came in to have my Toyota Prius looked at, I expected that there may be more than a couple things that could use some fine tuning, but what I didn't expect was that the entire staff, especially Fred Grabe who talked to me more directly throughout the process, would be so helpful and genuinely friendly. I'm taking a road trip cross country to California- Fred and the whole crew have me feeling much more confident that I'm going to be making this journey in a car that's been checked over carefully to ensure my safety. There was no doubting that making sure I travelled safely was a priority to everyone I talked to at Ackerman Toyota. All and all, even though I was there for a couple hours, the time flew by because I was in good company; had access to free wifi, television, and refreshments while I waited. I honestly don't think I'll ever elect to take my car back anywhere else for repair if faced with an option.

As always, I received prompt, professional and extremely polite service at Ackerman Toyota this morning. The service writer who did my intake was extremely helpful and super polite. That's why I always take my Toyota Corolla to Ackerman for service. I purchased the car new from Ackerman and will always take it to them for service. Something else, they are always super efficient with getting me in and out when I am waiting on my service and they keep me updated along the way as the repairs/service are being performed. Always A+ service when I'm there!

Just completed my Toyotacare service on my Camry. Just drive in .... Nice waiting room and courteous and helpful staff. I have never waited more than about 1 hour for the oil change, and tire rotation. Even had my battery replaced when identified as not taking max charge .... Free. I' will continue to do business with them in the future.

Bought my first Toyota at your site in 1985. We are firm believers in maintaining autos via service at the dealer's service dept. Ackerman Toyota justifies our faith in the service department led by superior service advisors and mechanics.
When the service advisor tells you the work doesn't need to be done immediately, or outlines the order of critical repair, trust is established. Our children and grandchildren are faithful Ackerman customers---due mainly to your superior Service Department!!

AS USUAL, my recent experience with Ackerman Toyota was THE BEST. From the associates at the Service Desk to the mechanic who did the work to the cashier at the "Pay Window" who helped me "cash oyt", I was treated with dignity and respect. If someone asked me to say a bad word about Ackerman, I COULD NOT. I would recommend Ackerman Toyota to EVERYBODY. Brought my car in for 20,000 mile service. They did a wonderful job getting me in and out in about an hour. What set it apart though was the attentiveness of the men working the counter. I was rolling a double stroller with my two boys and they were watchful for me that every time I came through they opened doors and made it as easy as possible to maneuver While juggling the boys. I think they recognized the situation I was in and worked hard to make it as easy as possible for me to get in and out very quickly. They also did not attempt to sell me an extended package (as I'm nearing the end of my current one) but there service and friendliness likely sold it for them.

Each member of the team gives each customer(me included) personal attention, That is they take time to come to you in the waiting room to explain every thing that is wrong or is needed. The wait time is so short compared to other dealers. I did not really need any thing repaired, just my normal maintenance. Robert Nellesen was great.

The folks at Ackerman Toyota ALWAYS treat me with respect and they listen to me and my concerns. I actually sat there this morning in the waiting room, and no less than three of your service guys came in and spoke with 3 separate ladies. They explained the issues with their cars, and the costs involved in resolving the issues. Then they listened to the ladies who could not afford to make ALL the repairs at once. Then the guys gave them options and timeframes. I think all 3 ladies left with a sense of relief and satisfaction, and felt respected.
