Got an oil change on my 2018 Rav4 this morning. Excellent service, as usual. In and out in less than an hour. LOVE your new location. Very spacious. A building truly worthy of the Ackerman name.

I needed a new tire because I had a nail in mine. I told them I was coming straight from work which is during rush hour and they were kind enough to take me towards closing time I was just there for 25 minutes and my tire was replaced they answered all my questions and make me feel safe and secure about my car

The service department was able to provide services upon a last minute request. Even though the service was for an oil change I appreciate the additional checking of the car. I needed a new battery and was glad that the technician checked the existing battery and found the need. It is the service that I receive at Ackerman Toyota that keeps me returning. You don’t get this type of service everywhere. I’ve never had a lengthy wait time for repairs or service. They explain the diagnosis and the resolution in detail which I greatly appreciate. I have been with Ackerman Toyota since 1994, with the purchase of 3 vehicles - - A low mileage used (7 years), A certified (12 years), and a new car (5 and 1/2 years). I am overall, very pleased with quality and speed of repair. Their waiting area is very comfortable, Also, I have been provided with a rental car (loaner) for longer waiting periods. Some staff members are courteous And personable, but ALL are found to be very courteous. I am proud to be one of their customers, and have always given them a good name.

My tire pressure light came on over the weekend. I went to the service dept first thing Monday morning and they took me right away. Checked my tires and rotated them. In and out in less than an hour. Great job.
