Better Faster Urgent Care is so convenient and easy to access for common concerns. I wanted a COVID test, and I was able to get one with minimal walk-in waiting, friendly staff and a professional video chat with a medical staff member for the results.

I always have a good experience at BFUC. Doctors are caring and knowledgeable and I rank them as good as any PCP. Friendly staff. Easy to get in and not much wait time. Highly recommend

I had been there twice in the last two months. Before it was several years. I’ve been treated well lately. Before they were not friendly at all. Not interested in you. Yesterday was my Third time. I had to denials help me. They were wonderful. I almost wanted to ask then to lunch after. . They were wonderful. Got right in and out. I have a problem with cvs not having the prescriptions and I was leaving the cou try. The girls at the front were kind enough to call Lriger as they usually have it. They were so kind to call and make sure they had it and call it in. I was so pleased. It’s right down the steeet from me but I always forget the name. Wish the hours were a little bit longer. But I understand. They were out of cards. There’s something about the name I can’t remember. Silly me. Thank you for sending this. It is the first survey I have received in the last three visits. So glad you did. Please thank all of them. Expert service!

This is the second time I’ve used Etter Faster Urgent. Are for Covid testing and both times they were fast and efficient with the test and the follow up was excellent. Fortunately no. Ovid but the interest on the providers was sincere and it showed concern. Very professional

I have now used Better Faster Urgent Care on Kimball twice and both times were simply easy, efficient and respectful of my situation and my time. They are very organized with the business of the visit, proficient and timely with any required follow up, the staff is friendly and they make sure you are comfortable and feel that you have all questions answered before completing your visit. When you aren’t feeling well, you don’t want to have to deal with unnecessary or inefficient processes. They have it down to a science and personable at the same time.

Deena was so sweet and a pro at her job and Sara was as kind and compassionate as can be. This is my new go to clinic for care when I have something that can’t wait. Just wanted to say that Deena (sp?) really helped to relieve my tension with the whole situation. I was particularly worried about how shoving the big q-tip up my nose would go, and she took care to do it thoroughly but without pain or pressure. Most appreciated.

I walked in for a COVID test and I only had to wait for 2 people to be tested. It was negative so I came back for the CBR test and they got me right in. Good service.

It’s not easy to get a Covid test but Better Faster made it seem easy. Cheerful, organized, stayed in touch with texts while everyone wanting a test was in the parking lot and high quality of care too! We are repeat customers and will be back again.

Terrific experience, from start to finish! Great receptionist, even though very busy. The nurse and X-ray tech were both professional and friendly. Dr Strange was terrific; she assessed, read X-rays, diagnosed, answered all questions...even took the time to show me my X-rays. Top notch urgent care clinic! We were traveling and needed our son to be seen quickly while on the road. We did the drop in as there were not appointments available. They were dead on with the 1.5hr wait time. The tele-medicine call with our results was also extremely convenient and they called in a script in the town we were headed to. Thank you for great customer service!
