Your online onboarding tech is fantastic. Wish all practices had this. People were very nice and waited for less than 5 min Doctor/PA that helped me with my finger issue had a great bedside manner. You are my fave urgent care facility.

on 11/26/21 I made an appointment at your medical facility. When I arrived, everyone I dealt with was very friendly, efficient and kind. During my my visit for what I thought was an allergy that morphed into a sinus infection, I was given a steroid shot and RX for antibiotics. After the shot and by the time I had received the RX, which was about 3PM, I was already feeling better! It's so reassuring to know that in a situation where I need medical assistance and can't see my regular doc, I can count on your office for excellent care. I'm so appreciative!!! Best to everyone for a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!

I was grateful to be able to speak with a doctor and get tested for flu, Covid and strep. The staff were wonderful and I remain thankful to them for working on Nov 26 - the day after thanksgiving. Our doctors and nurses are to be celebrated for their daily contributions and the urgent care unit for running such a professional setting.

Quality of care can’t be beat. My Doc Kerry, had me return for a breathing treatment related to COPD. This was yesterday and I feel much better after ZPac & prednisone scripts kicking in. Thanks for making me feel alive again!!! You’re the BEST!!!

Your staff was incredibly professional and attentive. I truly value that in a medical establishment. I wish this establishment were my primary care, I’d go more often if the people were as nice and caring as better faster urgent care. Today was a crazy day, I came in and they directly found my issue. Once I had some injections for an infection, I almost passed out in the lobby (due to dehydration). Everyone was there in a flash and knew EXACTLY what to do. They gave me fluids and made sure I was completely sound before leaving. From start to finish, every time I’ve come they have been quick, caring and accurate! I love this place. And a special shout out to Keith McInnerney for being kind, direct and listened to me. Calmly explained everything that was happening and was very thorough as well as the nurses who helped me!! They are all so wonderful, thank you for caring about your work and your patients. It’s a rare thing to find these days.

I always have a good experience at BFUC. Doctors are caring and knowledgeable and I rank them as good as any PCP. Friendly staff. Easy to get in and not much wait time. Highly recommend

I had been there twice in the last two months. Before it was several years. I’ve been treated well lately. Before they were not friendly at all. Not interested in you. Yesterday was my Third time. I had to denials help me. They were wonderful. I almost wanted to ask then to lunch after. . They were wonderful. Got right in and out. I have a problem with cvs not having the prescriptions and I was leaving the cou try. The girls at the front were kind enough to call Lriger as they usually have it. They were so kind to call and make sure they had it and call it in. I was so pleased. It’s right down the steeet from me but I always forget the name. Wish the hours were a little bit longer. But I understand. They were out of cards. There’s something about the name I can’t remember. Silly me. Thank you for sending this. It is the first survey I have received in the last three visits. So glad you did. Please thank all of them. Expert service!

This is the second time I’ve used Etter Faster Urgent. Are for Covid testing and both times they were fast and efficient with the test and the follow up was excellent. Fortunately no. Ovid but the interest on the providers was sincere and it showed concern. Very professional
