Good friendly clean location. Waited 20 minutes to see Dr but was taken good care of and Dr was great. She had me in and out in about 15 minutes.

This is the second occasion I have used Better Faster Urgent Care, where just like the first time I was given an appointment within the hour, allowing me to go home and return at the agreed time. After a very short wait I was seen. I gave a summary of my medical issue and soon after I was seen by a Doctor who identified the problem and gave me a course of action to remedy the issue. I am more than satisfied with the quality of care provided by very professional staff in a modern medical facility.

In the last month I have been at Better Faster Urgent Care 3 times! Two times for my 7 year old granddaughter and once for myself. All 3 times I was seen at my appointment time, greeted by friendly receptionists, treated by friendly nurses, PAs and doctors. It seems to always be on the weekends when you get sick! I appreciate the online checking in so very much as it helps me to plan my day as y’all are on time! I will continue to use your office and will let others know of your excellence!

The nurse and dr were fabulous! Friendly, professional! The receptionist was very unprofessional, eating food while helping me check in, didn’t acknowledge my presence for over 5 minutes even though I was standing right in front of her, very curt.

The doctors and the staff have been very helpful and courteous. Both doctors we have seen have been incredibly good. Dr. Kerri even called us at home to see how we were. You deserve a great review! Five stars! Every time myself or my family needed we had the best service at Better Faster. Super easy and friendly front desk, nurses, and the amazing and patient PA Keith. My oldest daughter is super sensitive to needles and she knows you are amazing to help her if she needs.
