Very friendly staff! Quick and easy experience.

I have now used Better Faster Urgent Care on Kimball twice and both times were simply easy, efficient and respectful of my situation and my time. They are very organized with the business of the visit, proficient and timely with any required follow up, the staff is friendly and they make sure you are comfortable and feel that you have all questions answered before completing your visit. When you aren’t feeling well, you don’t want to have to deal with unnecessary or inefficient processes. They have it down to a science and personable at the same time.

Just wanted to say that Deena (sp?) really helped to relieve my tension with the whole situation. I was particularly worried about how shoving the big q-tip up my nose would go, and she took care to do it thoroughly but without pain or pressure. Most appreciated.

The staff that I dealt with were very polite and professional. The front desk girl was very helpful and a sweetheart, and the tech that gave me the COVID test was the same.

Nice and easy. The only thing was paper work was hard to work through and real small print. Like the way they kept it safe for patient and staff . We need services like this to keep everyone protected.

I had excellent care from Dr. Strange and the staff this past weekend. I went for a COVID test (even though I have been fully vaccinated since March) but had not been feeling well. Thankfully my test was negative. I received a virtual call from Dr. Strange with my results and after talking asked if I could come right back into the clinic as I needed to have a couple of additional tests to see what was going on. It was wonderful to receive such personal caring attention and to get medical help so quickly. Thank you to Dr. Strange and the amazing team at the clinic.
