On line check in was quick and easy. Multiple available appointment times to choose from. Seen at appointment time. Receptionist very pleasant as was staff in the back. I’ve used this facility 3 times and each has been a positive experience and medically, my problems were identified and treated.

Every time I've been at BETTER faster, they are friendly, effective and helpful. I have never waited longer than 10 - 15 minutes to be seen by a member of the team. I wish they could be my regular Dr.

I tested positive for Covid, was wanting to get Paxlovid as soon as possible. My Drs office was no help on the weekend. You guys got me in quickly and gave me the script. Everyone was courteous, it went smoothly. Thank you!

Always fast and friendly. Get straight to point to make you get on road to feeling better. I have never had one experience here that wasn’t 100%. Office staff kind as are nurses as doctors highly recommended

I called my doctor and he was unable to see me today for an issue and he recommended urgent care. Better Faster was close, so I went there. Paperwork was minimal. There was no real waiting. I was seen quickly, vitals taken and then had a consultation with the doctor/technician. They were fast and professional and very courteous. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Highly recommended.

We have never been disappointed with this location! I was at a different Southlake Urgent care with a wait of 2 hours. I called Better Faster Urgent Care and they said they would see my daughter right away with no wait time. This is our second time to be seen at this location. The staff is very friendly, courteous and they created a space where I felt comfortable and important. The care was detailed, important to them and quick for my urgent need to be seen and off to make dinner and in bed on a school night. We are thankful for this location, their friendly staff and their desire to keep things moving in a timely, yet efficient manner.

awesome. i am from out of town and looked up for an express care close by. found them as the clisest. glad i did. made appointment on line. got right in everyone was xaring and professional. took care of my problem and sent me on my way. would reccomend to anyone needing urgent care.

Was an efficient pleasent experience! Front desk person was helpful and friendly. The medical assistant was clearly experienced and knew his job. The MD Dr.Strange treatment was excellent! I felt so much better when I left! Would return if needed!

My experience was great, 1 Quick 2 to the point I got tested for Covid it was positive, the doctor was very kind and very nice it made me feel Taken care of! 3 most importantly she asked questions and I answered them and she made her assessment. 4 done . Lastly She listen to me but not just what I was saying what I wasn’t saying and she caught something that I didn’t even think about so she made a note to me to tell my primary care physician so I can get it taken care of That is a Real Doctor!! It’s always clean and neat, friendly staff. There is always a bit of a wait, but not unreasonable. We’ve been to 2 Sports Physicals, and have been a few other times for illnesses. A good alternative to your PCP when needed.

I was seen quickly and everything was explained. JD the RN was amazing, he got my IV in 1 stick which was amazing! Dr. Strange truly listened and had a great bedside manner. I was at the clinic over 3 hours and was checked on very often always woth a caring attitude.
