So grateful to have this business close to home! Their website makes it easy to get information and make an appointment and they are quick! Most importantly, all of the staff is great. A huge thanks to Keith McInnerney and his student assistant who quickly patched up my little finger when I wounded it! They helped me stay calm and got me out in time to make my evening plans!

My family and I have had several terrific experiences with Better, Faster, Urgicare in Southlake. The wait is never long - we’ve been seen in 15 minutes or less. The process is extremely thorough. You feel like you’re being heard, and that you’re dealing with professionals. If you have to be sick, this is absolutely the best way to be on the road to recovery quickly and safely!

Every step of the process was excellent! As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was given forms to fill out, but efficient not overwhelming. The office, hallways & exam rooms were very clean.Wait time was good. All the staff, from receptionist, nurse, X-ray tech & Dr. Keith were great! Felt like I got great treatment, testing as needed & clear explanation of my issue & the details of what I should do to get better. Definitely would go back to this office!

Thank you very much for my care today. I felt you handled the process of screening for Covid great. The doctor was great and handled my needs on this Holiday Weekend great. I have around two sinus infections a year. If they go long without treatment they can really put me in a severe state requiring me to be down much longer as so eri es have required going to emergency room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
