I was greeted right away by very friendly staff. i was offered coffee/tea at a self service station. I was processed as a new patient and taken back to a room in a very timely manner. The nurses were nice and efficient. The doctor was amazing. He listened to me and only did the necessary treatment. It was exceptionally clean. The price was reasonable compared to other urgent care facilities which is really what drew me there to begin with. I will definitely go there again if need be.

Staff was friendly and efficient. There were no long delays in getting the attention I needed. Michael was friendly and explained everything I needed. Place was very clean. This is where I will go in the future for urgent care.

Came in with a HORRIBLE stomach virus. Everyone including the front desk person was extremely nice and caring. The doctor and nurses were very patient when explaining my illness, because I asked several questions several times. both my husband and I will definitely come back for excellent care the next time we have a medical issue.

Overall great, front desk Madison was very nice and welcoming. Glen was very personable when asking question. Facility was very clean. Service was quick! The provider Kerri had great bedside manners, very professional and informative! Kristena was very gentle in treating me. Overall everyone was great! Will definitely return.

From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming. The whole visit had me in and out in 30 minutes, and the doctor knew just what to ask and got me just what I needed. Even though this clinic is a 20 minute drive from my house, it's well worth future trips when I need an urgent care I can feel good about visiting!

Got in and out within 30 min., got a diagnosis and the meds and care instruction from a doctor, and they faxes the prescription to my pharmacy. Efficient and effective.

Everyone was very nice. Ebony, to whom I had spoken on the phone, greeted me and took my info. I was seen promptly. Glenn did my vitals. A complete history was collected and an exam done. Then I was released with an appropriate prescription. Sure beats spending the day in an ER and, as my primary physican's office was closed, this was an excellent option. I'm sure I'll return.

I feel the quality of care was great, the staff is friendly and professional . The clinic is very clean or appears to be clean and is comfortable in the event you have to wait for I would imagine a short period. I say this because I don’t think I’ve ever waited over five (5) minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend .

I have been there numerous times for sinus infections, and once for a broken foot. The wait time has been minimal -- love the on line appt making. Staff is so polite. Medical staff is efficient and personable. Thank you all!

This was my second visit to Better Faster Urgent Care. I feel fortunate to have found such a place that accepts Medicare. Everyone I been in contact with is friendly and guinuely concerned about my health It’s nice to be able to make an online appointment and not have to sit and wait. Keith was wonderful, he took to time to listen to my concerns and understand how I was feeling. He did what it took to get me immediate relief and for a plan until I can get in to see my specialist. I would highly recommend Better Faster Urgent Care to everyone.

Very impressive. I called because some urgent care facilities will not see Medicare patients. When they said they did, I went immediately and was seen within 15minutes after arriving. Friendly staff-got a shot, 2 prescriptions & I am feeling much better!

I presented with a sore throat and believed to be sinus infection. Prompt intake, full checking of vitals and two more than reasonable opportunities to discuss the issues with a provider who explained the conditions and options for treatment. Overall, excellent service.

I was able to schedule an appointment, and I got in within a few minutes upon arrival. Dr. Strange was excellent. I arrived feeling pretty bad and left feeling much better thanks to her care. Glen was also very good, very helpful. All the staff was friendly and efficient. I visit the Southlake area frequently and will rely on this facility should I need urgent care.

I was headed to CareNow by my house in Grapevine and I called ahead and it was a 3.5 hour wait. A friend I teach with told me to come see y’all. I came to the office, filled out paperwork and was seen immediately. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. One nurse even thanked ME for being a teacher. The PA I saw was a good listener, thorough, and made sure I was feeling better before I left the office. The office was clean and so nice, as well. My family will be back for sure! Better Faster was 1000 times better than CareNow. THANK YOU!

Wonderful staff!!! Checking was easy, quick and the introduced themselves. I am 87 and Keith put me at ease immediately and explained in laymen’s terms what he was going to do and then explained again to me what he had done. If I ever have to use an emergency clinic again it will be this one.

Fast and efficient! Staff is pleasant and they're quick without making you feel pushed around. Saw the same PA and he brought a personal touch with "remembering me" from my last visit. (Good documentation, haha!) Waited a little bit after having vitals taken but no more than most urgent care centers.

Wonderful caring staff at every level! Excellent medical team!! Never a long wait— even quick turn-around for inhouse lab work and xrays. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Nothing about Better Faster resembles a “doc-in-a-box”. Full confidence in theur care and diagnosises.

My wife and I both went to the Better Faster Urgent Care facility on Kimball Ave in Southlake with gastro and sinus infections. The entire staff was fabulous.....caring, courteous, personal, very professional and competent. We were taken care of by: Emily at the front desk, Glen, Nadia, Jackie and Allyson Smith the Nurse Practioner. All are great representatives of your organization.
