I was able to get an appointment fast and the online pre-registration was super easy. The staff at Better, Faster Urgent Care is always professional, kind and caring. While I did not enter the building on this particular visit, on previous visits, the waiting area and the treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Everything was just easy to do, from the appointment scheduling to the check into the testing to the video chat results. On top of that everyone was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t avast for a better experience!

Great job! My app’t time was 4:51 - I was seen at 4:51 exactly. The process was streamlined and simple. The staff was friendly and efficient. Within a half hour I received my results via video conferencing and I was on my way. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

This place is amazing! I wanted to say thanks for staying late for me as I had to have the covid test to fly over seas. The staff was quick and wonderful. They also talked me through driving to the office as I am not from here. Then my results was quick and the video chat with Sara was great. The care and treatment we’ve received the several times that we’ve been there was excellent and professional. In these times of Covid, the testing was very well organized, the options to everyone available, whether you had symptoms or not, we’re outstanding. The follow up and response times were well coordinated and timely. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Better Faster Urgent Care! Have been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly & helpful! It’s super easy to set your appointment through their website...including filling out all your registration forms. They text your 20 minutes before your appointment as a reminder. Easy online registration. Friendly phone assistants (Rhonda and Brianna). Nurse taking info was very upfront and honest about wait. Nurse that collected nose swab was extremely compassionate, caring, and explanatory. She listened and answered questions. Encouraging about getting results easily online but promised their office would call me with results if I didn’t want to register with the lab. I was allowed to leave if I kept my phone handy for provider to call since they were running behind. NP called just over an hour later and was nice also, got my history and said I should know results in 2 days (online with and they would call to answer any questions also). Overall good experience in these crazy times!!
