FAST service at front desk- saw me right away, no wait time. Friendly intake specialists. Dr detailed everything she was going to do. Nurse checked in on me often. Excellent visit despite being sick. Will definitely be back, if needed !

I was very impressed with your quick and thorough response to my symptoms. I live in Ohio. My elbow was red, warm, and swollen. The diagnosis of Cellulitis was correct and the treatments given were excellent. I am checking in here in Ohio shortly with my PCP. I do not recommend Tom Thumb pharmacy. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to get the 3 prescriptions. My nephew finally went to get the store manager.

I needed to get a high school sports physical done for my daughter. We just moved to Texas so we had no idea where to go so I just googled for places to go in the area. We walked in to an empty urgent care and got helped right away. We were in and out of there in 20 mins!!! The overall physical was really thorough and complete and the doctor and staff were excellent! It only cost $10.00 too!! I will use this urgent care again that is for sure!

My experience was great. I was very ill when I came into your facility. Your medical and front desk staffs were caring and efficient in seeing to my needs. It’s reassuring to know that my husband and I have a medical facility to take care of us so close to home. Thank you so much.

Like the fact that you can "get in line" online! Prompt with appointment time, no waiting after filling out paperwork. Staff was very informative , thorough and pleasant. If/when the need arises, I will certainly return to Better Faster Urgent Care!

Amazing service. Walked in at 7:40 pm with my daughter for an athletics physical and was promptly seen by the PA. Kind, gentle and funny staff who made my 12 year old daughter feel comfortable. Thank you! We will be back!

Everyone was so very nice. Above and beyond from office staff greeting to PA! I was there 5/1418. Very friendly and they all were eager to answer any questions and the front desk even sought and called the closest 24 hour CVS. Your clinic is to be commended. I will definitely recommend your clinic to others!

I was seen on the timely manner. No wait times and I appreciate that because I was sick with severe throat pain and needed help. I had a shot and was feeling relieved soon and antibiotics is helping me. The practitioner who saw me was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a great experience of care! Hannah at the check in desk was up front with my payment amount and getting me back quickly. In the back I was cared for kindly and gently. Dr. Sara listened and addressed all my concerns that resulted in great treatment plan. Every staff member was very nice and sweet. No doubt I will come back here over carenow or any other urgent care.
