I had a great experience at Better Faster Urgent Care. The staff was professional and friendly. They were very quick to get me in, seen, taken care of, and out the door. They spent time trying to discern what I had been experiencing to give the best care possible. They also offered to fax my prescription to my pharmacy which was a huge help because I was heading back to work and would not be able to take care of it until much later. I will definitely be going back to Better Faster Urgent Care!

Your staff is very friendly and efficient. My primary care doctor could not see me for 3 days which was not an option. I was in and out in 23 minutes with great care and advice. I will be back

Very friendly front staff. when I first walked in. I broke my ankle and they were able to see me rather quickly. paperwork was painless, usually it soooo many pages but this was quick. Nice and clean waiting area. although the only thing I didn't care for was my kids were sitting in the waiting area and the staff had turned off the lights getting ready to leave for the evening. They were sitting in the dark. They were a bit uncomfortable and I thought it was rude.

The staff were very friendly! She gave me great directions to get there. The office was clean and comfortable. The doctor on call was fabulous....listened to my concerns and gave me his opinion. The nurse who took me back to the room for the vital signs was very good. The guy nurse who gave me the steroid shot was very good and friendly. Would most definitely refer this walk-in-clinic two all my friends. A++++

They were quick, thorough and direct. When they realize I needed more help then they could provide, they sent me on to the hospital. Good thing they did, because I had an extremely infected and enlarged gall bladder. They kept me at Baylor and removed it the next day. Thank you for your help!

Needed stitches and they were able to get me in and out quickly. I needed 11 staples in my scalp to close a head wound from a soccer injury. They were thorough and efficient which was perfect for my need. I hope I never need them again but I would definitely will go to them again if an emergency need arises.

It’s my first time going to one of these clinics and being from out of town it was daunting but once I got there I was made to feel welcome and in good hands so I felt comfortable and confident my issue was going to be taken care of ... the providers were all very kind and thorough even though it was not a dire emergency ithey put my mind to ease.

Our first concern was if BETTER FASTER would accept our insurance including Medicare. No problem, most all insurance is acceptable. Besides being impressed by the excellent staff and Dr. K McInnerney, we were greeted with abundant comfortable space, unlike other emergency facilities. Since my treatment; my problem is resolved with clear instructions, treatment and what to expect in the coming days. Will definitively use BETTER FASTER again when the occasion arise !! GDV

My friend told me about this place who is a NP. I called about 7:45. I got there just before 8p. I had a bad hives reaction and so glad they took care of me quickly! I was checked in and seen by doctor in about 10 minutes. After that, I got a steroid shot, scripts and out the door shortly thereafter! So glad there’s a place like this! The whole staff was just as nice and friendly as can be! Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Efficient, thorough, and proactive. I felt y’all knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Especially the breathing treatment!! I am already feeling a little better!! I have never used an Urgent Care, and was hesitant. I was very impressed with the quality of care!! I left feeling you knew what you were doing, and then just throw a bunch of medication at me. I am breathing much easier now. I really appreciated the way you attack the problem. I myself am a take charge person so I like it when somebody knows what they’re doing and does it! I would recommend this place. We were from out of town, And needed to see a dr. They got us in and out quickly. The dr was great and knowledgeable, got us the prescriptions we needed, and we were on our way.

Being from another city and getting sick while in Grapevine was very distressing. My daughter suggested that I visit your clinic. I was extremely pleased with my care. I was seen quickly by a very friendly staff who were very attentive. I received an IV as I was dehydrated and given a prescription for my ailment. Being from out of town, it can be nerve-racking when you need to find quick, easy and a place with nice doctors and staff to take care of you. Well, I found one such place! I went to Better Faster Urgent Care today, May 10, 2019, and everyone I came in contact with were fabulous and took excellent care of me. I wish I remembered all the names (I only remember Dr. Strange) of the sweet staff, so I could give a shout out to all. I highly recommend this facility! They take good care of you when you’re feeling awful. Thank you!!

new arrival to the area, 86 yr old Korean vet.,I found myself about out of my blood pressure medication. Having just changed phones, addresses, and PCs, no one would recognize me! couldn't get into a doctor for 2 months. I had three pills left and a sudden eye infection!. Looked for a fast clinic and had to find one that took Medicare. found Better Faster Urgent Care And they took me in, literally! A lovely clean, professional environment with caring personnel. Dr. Strange listened to me, and immediately started work to get my prescription filled. She succeeded and I can stop stressing over two major things. I am so lucky to have found this urgent care center. I live in another state and was on a business trip when I injured myself. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have 3 kids and have visited many urgent care centers but this one was by far the best. Thank you to everyone that helped me. I only wish you were in my town.

Immediate handling of my injury. Highly qualified PA attended to me. Keith McInnerney was able to provide diagnosis and treatment until I could get into see my ortho doctor next week. Another staff member helped me get in and out of your building in a wheelchair. He was exceedingly considerate when moving my painful knee around for the xray.

I was greeted right away by very friendly staff. i was offered coffee/tea at a self service station. I was processed as a new patient and taken back to a room in a very timely manner. The nurses were nice and efficient. The doctor was amazing. He listened to me and only did the necessary treatment. It was exceptionally clean. The price was reasonable compared to other urgent care facilities which is really what drew me there to begin with. I will definitely go there again if need be.

Staff was friendly and efficient. There were no long delays in getting the attention I needed. Michael was friendly and explained everything I needed. Place was very clean. This is where I will go in the future for urgent care.
