Came for a Covid test. Easy registration, convenient appointment, fast test and quick results!

I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Very professional. I feel there testing is very accurate. They caught that I had the flu but not COVID. Very reassuring.

I injured my thumb and when I got to Better Faster Urgent Care I was immediately processed by the ladies at the front desk. They were extremely courteous! I did not have to wait long to see the doctor! Everyone was kind and courteous and although I was referred to the ER due to the nature of my injury everyone was nice and professional!

I visited your clinic for a rapid result Covid test. Everyone was so friendly, calm and reassuring. I waited an hour for my results and had a lovely and supportive physician speak to me on a video call. Although I tested negative she advocated for me to quarantine to ensure my health and that of people around me. She empowered me to then advocate for myself. I am deeply appreciative to all employees and am sincerely hoping that you all stay safe and healthy during this time.

I was able to get an appointment fast and the online pre-registration was super easy. The staff at Better, Faster Urgent Care is always professional, kind and caring. While I did not enter the building on this particular visit, on previous visits, the waiting area and the treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Great job! My app’t time was 4:51 - I was seen at 4:51 exactly. The process was streamlined and simple. The staff was friendly and efficient. Within a half hour I received my results via video conferencing and I was on my way. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

This place is amazing! I wanted to say thanks for staying late for me as I had to have the covid test to fly over seas. The staff was quick and wonderful. They also talked me through driving to the office as I am not from here. Then my results was quick and the video chat with Sara was great.
