They had a great setup in this current environment. Make reservation online, call when you get there and got in earlier than my appointment. Everyone was very nice. Got tested and the results back by video teleconference with the doctor very quickly. Loved the whole thing and felt very safe the whole time from any type of exposure since I was really in my car pretty much the whole time.

Appointment was honored. Taken back and seen right away. After sharing my concerns, both the nurse and physician reintegrated everything, indicating they were listening. The physician’s plan if care was discussed with me and medications were immediately called into my pharmacy. My only concern was that the initial thought was that I was coming in for coronavirus and was charged for that without confirming. I had to verify the charge and they apologized, indicating my credit card will be rectified this week. Overall, great experience and I felt safe in their care.

After getting a sheet of urgent care facilities I. This area from cvs RN, I called and got directions. Front desk staff very courteous and walked me through insurance and paperwork at top speed. Medical staff in the back focused on my allergic reaction signs and helped relax me while preparing for a shot. Doctor on duty emphasized to return if I see no improvement. Facility definitely cared about my health!

Excellent process on COVID testing and though it was slightly behind schedule the process was friendly, professional and effective. I really liked the video chat with the healthcare professional to review the results.

Went there for a rapid Corona test. They have a good system which is efficient and insures health precautions are followed. Got my test answer right away and had a teleconference visit with a knowledgeable doctor right there in the parking lot. Good system

I thought this place was great. During all of the Covid stuff, they kept everything clean and healthy and responsible. Employees were wearing masks and they didn’t let anyone come in without masks. They got me in and out quickly and i felt like they did. A great job of diagnosing me and taking care of me. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. I at no point felt rushed or that they weren’t concerned at getting root down to the issue I had. Great staff and great facility. It’s the best Urgent Care in the area by far.

They were better and faster! had to have a Covid test done before seeing Allergy specialist. went to the website signed up for virtual appt. They responded in less than 15 mins and took all personal info virtually and set my appt same day. Came right out to the parking lot when i got here and was on my way in minutes.Friendly and efficient!

Kind of a daunting experience as the first time to a medical facility since the epidemic. I was impressed by the initial requirement for a virtual visit, and confident of the need to actually come to the facility following a review of my condition. At which point I was greeted at the door, shown in immediately to my provider, who solved my problem professionally, courteously, and efficiently. And during the visit, I was held comfortable regarding the safety of my health. In and out within 15 minutes. Great job. Thank you.

Better Faster Urgent Care in North Kimball in Southlake was great! No wait Ver clean and inviting Stylish and Up to date waiting area and exam rooms. The office staff were efficient. The PA McInnerney we saw was friendly, charming, down to earth, approachable and kind. He was also knowledgable, thorough, and explained everything very well. Both my 12 year old and myself felt very relaxed and comfortable during our visit (even during this pandemic). We could see his smile behind his mask. We used to use to different urgent care purely for location but I will definitely go back to Better Faster Urgent Care.

I called to get an appt because I felt my bronchitis and cough were getting worse. They did a virtual appt with a doctor. I scanned my information and insurance cards. They were wonderful and professional! By the time I went to Kroger to pick up my medicines they were ready. If ever a need to go ever again I will choose them.

I really can’t say enough positive things about a Better Faster Urgent Care. It is a clean and comfortable facility. They make using insurance a breeze. Every employee, from the front desk to the doctors. amazes me with their kindness, work ethic and knowledge. Either my husband or I have been treated on at least 10 efficient and wonderful visits. From sinus infections to corona, the staff has not failed us. if you are looking for an urgent care facility, try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone I spoke with was kind and caring in this chaotic season. Worked quickly I was called multiple times so kindly and then just had to drive up. The nurse came out gave me Covid test, checked temp and I was able to go home. She had gown gloves and mask so they took care of all coming to keep the least amount of contact. I so appreciate it and will use it again hopefully not in near future:) thank you! Michele Reising
