The staff is thorough, kind and expeditious. I love the elbow bump greeting! It makes me laugh no matter how bad I feel. The examining rooms are spacious and comfortable. Prescriptions can be faxed to your pharmacy. This helps immensely.

Didn't have to wait long. The staff is competent, friendly. I got a flu diagnosis, chest x-rays, drugs called in and instructions. I recommend these folks.

The staff and doctor are always very nice and pleasant to interact with. The service is fast, and the times you get when you sign in online are surprisingly accurate. Facility is clean, bright, and in a convenient location. I actually prefer this urgent care over the ones near me in Trophy Club. Pricing is comparable to all the other urgent cares around, and they seem to have more capabilities than most of the urgent cares I’ve tried in the area.

The care I received was excellent. The staff and doctor were all very courteous, and the facility was immaculate. Your website should tall prospective patients on the first page rather than having them search the page that lists the I insurance companies that you accept.

When I checked in the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful and when I checked out she even faxes the RX to CVS for me which was helpful since I was got out of town. The PA I saw was outstanding and so nice! Same as the guy who did my initial vitals once I got to the room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The clinic had quick service, I only had to wait briefly, clean bathrooms in the waiting room, hot chocolate and coffee as refreshments, and friendly service. The physician that I saw was Doctor Strange and she was very knowledgeable and thorough.

I had an injury that needed professional care, not just bandaids. I arrived early, filled out some paperwork and was seen within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and courteous. They carefully cleaned and bandaged my “wound”, lots of blood but not serious. They explained everything they were doing and told me different possibilities for care. They made a suggestion that I followed through with. Now the next day, I look back and feel that I received better care than if I had gone to the emergency room at the hospital (remember-lots of blood). If I am ever again in the position where I need professional medical help, I will be going back to them!

From start to finish I was impressed with the front office, with the nurse and of course the doctor. All were very professional and did a great job. I filled out papers and within eight to ten minutes I was called to go to the exam room. The nurse immediately started taking Vidal’s and within 5 minutes Dr Brandy Strange came in and I was out of there in a very short time but not rushed by no means. Any time I need a doctor in a hurry or can’t get and appointment with my regular doctor I will definitely go there even though it’s in Southlake and we live in Haltom City. It’s worth the drive. when I am sick I will definitely go there. I was very impressed

Excellent customer service experience and the staff was a dream. I had the flu and they got me quick and efficient care. I had originally made an appointment with Care Now, but I waited for over an hour and then I found out they had closed without telling me. Needless to say I will choose Better Faster Urgent Care from now on. Thank you!!

Doctor, technicians and even the person who checked me in were wonderfully caring and attentive. They showed concern for my heel injury and did an X-Ray. The doctor himself showed me the X-Ray, and gave me a satisfying explanation. They all showed compassion, and they ordered a medication which is already helping (Mobic). I am so grateful for Better Faster Urgent Care in Southlake!

When one is feeling ill timeliness of care is really important. I was welcomed by a friendly and efficient receptionist, taken back by a nurse and seen by the PA all within 15 minutes. Everyone was very kind and professional. The PA took time to ask questions and answer my questions without rushing me. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I was traveling on business when I became ill. Not being from around here, I took a chance on one of the closest urgent care facilities. The facilities nice and the staff was friendly. The doctor took time to answer all my questions. Should I find myself in similar circumstances, I would definitely go back to them.

.Was referred by care clinic who said they sent people there and they were very pleased with your service and kindness. One said if she didn’t work where she was she would go to your clinic lol because of the ratings. I was there with a bad reaction to an allergy rash which was spreading and getting worse after reading on ph it could cause serious problems -I went to a clinic who referred me to Better Care . A steroid shot and meds made me feel much better in a couple of hours - great place we will consider it our go to for any med treatment

What an unbelievable experience. Efficient in all aspects - greeted with a smile, paperwork completed in short-order, and seen shortly thereafter by the physician. Great urgent care - highly recommend.
