I visited your clinic for a rapid result Covid test. Everyone was so friendly, calm and reassuring. I waited an hour for my results and had a lovely and supportive physician speak to me on a video call. Although I tested negative she advocated for me to quarantine to ensure my health and that of people around me. She empowered me to then advocate for myself. I am deeply appreciative to all employees and am sincerely hoping that you all stay safe and healthy during this time.

I was able to get an appointment fast and the online pre-registration was super easy. The staff at Better, Faster Urgent Care is always professional, kind and caring. While I did not enter the building on this particular visit, on previous visits, the waiting area and the treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable.

This place is amazing! I wanted to say thanks for staying late for me as I had to have the covid test to fly over seas. The staff was quick and wonderful. They also talked me through driving to the office as I am not from here. Then my results was quick and the video chat with Sara was great. The care and treatment we’ve received the several times that we’ve been there was excellent and professional. In these times of Covid, the testing was very well organized, the options to everyone available, whether you had symptoms or not, we’re outstanding.
