We were seen quickly! The tech was very kind and gentle with the strep and flu swaps. Doctor was very friendly and supportive.

Wonderful staff!!! Checking was easy, quick and the introduced themselves. I am 87 and Keith put me at ease immediately and explained in laymen’s terms what he was going to do and then explained again to me what he had done. If I ever have to use an emergency clinic again it will be this one.

Fast and efficient! Staff is pleasant and they're quick without making you feel pushed around. Saw the same PA and he brought a personal touch with "remembering me" from my last visit. (Good documentation, haha!) Waited a little bit after having vitals taken but no more than most urgent care centers.

My wife and I both went to the Better Faster Urgent Care facility on Kimball Ave in Southlake with gastro and sinus infections. The entire staff was fabulous.....caring, courteous, personal, very professional and competent. We were taken care of by: Emily at the front desk, Glen, Nadia, Jackie and Allyson Smith the Nurse Practioner. All are great representatives of your organization.

EXCELLENT! I wish I could give you all 10 stars. The BEST URGENT CARE in Southlake! The entire staff from the prompt phone receptionist, all the professional & compassionate technicians that I saw over 2 days with this baffling virus & spiking high fever. Dr Brandy Strange was AMAZING at getting my fever down & getting me the care I desperately needed!! Nadia her assistant was so very kind & compassionate and excellent at giving painless injections. I am truly appreciative to be on the mend with the help of this incredible staff. Office is immaculate clean, everyone polite & helpful. Thank you all so much. Especially Dr Brandy Strange who was only there 2 days!! Better Faster Urgent Care Center is so blessed to have Dr. Brandy Strange on their staff! EXCELLENT. Thank you all so very much. I was traveling for business and developed a very painful UTI. This was the brightest, cleanest most pleasant urgent care I have ever been to. From the receptionist to the caregivers, I felt their goal was to make me feel comfortable & help me feel better. The PA was so pleasant, patient, and reassuring.

I was very impressed with your quick and thorough response to my symptoms. I live in Ohio. My elbow was red, warm, and swollen. The diagnosis of Cellulitis was correct and the treatments given were excellent. I am checking in here in Ohio shortly with my PCP. I do not recommend Tom Thumb pharmacy. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to get the 3 prescriptions. My nephew finally went to get the store manager.
