The staff there was wonderful, especially Evoni. She truly cared about me and my health and comfort level. I was supposed to have a CT scan that same day but could not make it, and with the ATT outage that day, I could not get in touch with the facility to reschedule it. Now I just feel silly that I missed the appointment and am embarrassed. Great, clean place. Will take care of you quickly, and with compassion.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Better Faster Urgent Care! Every time we have had to be seen there we have always been well taken care of. Everyone including the reception desk, nurses, staff, and doctors are very friendly and seem to truly care. We choose to drive all the way from Roanoke because we like this place so much. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but the past few times we have been Stephanie, Crystal, and Dr. Keith were very helpful along with the others working with them. Thank you for all you do and for making us want to return, even though going to the Doctor's office is not usually something we look forward to! Haha!

Just a few things to say: we're glad you're here in the area; it is booming and growing, and it's comforting to know there's a place nearby to handle minor but normal and on-going health issues. Kieth is personable, bright, articulate; he carries none of the pretentious, full-of-themselves that too many doctors do. Down to earth and yet very seeing in his work. And what can I say about Brittany; she has an extraordinary mind and powers of memory. She has qualities that, veiled behind her modest reserve, can get too easily overlooked. The medical assistant that took my vitals yesterday was kind, patient, gentle. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name (first time I'd seen her), but it's always special to have the whole process, from beginning to end, conducted by persons that have such good minds and hearts. Friendly, professional, informative. I’m on social security with Plan B. I called urgent care and they took only one particular insurance(not mine). Better Faster Urgent Care accepts a variety of insurances. I was very pleased with the service & professionalism. Facilities were updated and maintained very well. Very pleased.

We had a wonderful experience at this business. I called ahead and was given clear/concise information from the receptionist. We arrived and were seen immediately. Xrays were done AND read. Evony was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we had contact with was 100% professional and helpful. I’m so glad to know that this service is close by!

The PA, Ebony, and MA, Brittany were excellent. That is probably the best IV I’ve ever had—painless and left zero bruising. Ebony explained everything to me and I felt like she really cared how I felt.

I was on vacation in Texas from California and was sick the entire time. Not a fun vacation. I had no idea how I was going to get back home being so nauseous and having to get on a plane the next day. I got a shot and some anti-nausea medication, along with some reassuring, great advice, and I don't think I would have made it home without the prompt and efficient service that I received here. Beautiful facility--I wish they were like this in upscale Orange County, California. Thank you very much.

Took a while to be seen after being placed in exam room, but that's not unusual anywhere & I had a book to read. The care was efficient, and the injection + pain meds prescribed are doing the job, so I'm delighted!

It is true that this care center is Better and Faster. I found it one the web. I had hurt my hand in a fall a few weeks ago and it continued to bother me so I went in to have it checked. Checking in was easy and the receptionist was kind. The facilities are clean and up to date with the right equipment. They checked my hand with an x-ray right there and found it was just a bruise. The PA on staff was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Prompt check-in, somewhat reasonable paperwork (new patient), very reasonable wait time, prompt, courteous, friendly professional nursing care after moving to treatment room, friendly professional medical exam, prompt testing and clinical analysis by physician (or physician's assistant), prompt treatment, and friendly dispatch. Good show!
