Everyone was so very nice. Above and beyond from office staff greeting to PA! I was there 5/1418. Very friendly and they all were eager to answer any questions and the front desk even sought and called the closest 24 hour CVS. Your clinic is to be commended. I will definitely recommend your clinic to others!

I was seen on the timely manner. No wait times and I appreciate that because I was sick with severe throat pain and needed help. I had a shot and was feeling relieved soon and antibiotics is helping me. The practitioner who saw me was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a great experience of care! Hannah at the check in desk was up front with my payment amount and getting me back quickly. In the back I was cared for kindly and gently. Dr. Sara listened and addressed all my concerns that resulted in great treatment plan. Every staff member was very nice and sweet. No doubt I will come back here over carenow or any other urgent care.

Very happy with service from both the staff at the front desk and the nurses and doctors who helped me. All were very professional and courteous and I was in and out in a timely manner. I appreciate all of this during my unexpected visit!! The doctor even came out to the waiting room after I was done to check on my daughter who he saw this past fall. I thought it was great that he remembered her and wanted to check on her wound! Thank you!!

I was in an exam room within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted was extremely considerate and kind. (I was not feeling well at all and had no voice). I was treated with respect by the doctor I saw as well as the PA. The prices were not outrageous, and I was a cash-pay patient; my insurance is high deductible. I would most definitely recommend and refer others to Better Faster Urgent Care. As an aside, it was a very clean and comfortable environment.

I did not make an appointment ahead or online, so there was a wait, which I expected. The staff was cordial, caring and very professional. I received the care that I needed, including immediate help and prescriptions faxed ahead to the pharmacy.

I was checked in and in an exam room promptly. The tech got my vitals and the PA was in the room about 5 min later. Total time there was about 30 minutes, from check-in, to treatment and walking out with a Rx. Staff was freindly; clinic wad clean; testing, diagnosis and treatment were prompt.

Better Faster Urgent Care exemplifies quality care. I made an appointment online and arrived 20 min early to check in. They have a lovely, clean facility where you are greeted and promptly and checked in. My experience was with P.A. Keith. He was professional, friendly, listened, and genuinely cared! His diagnosis and remedy got me on the path to health. The next day, I felt so much better. I drove 20 minutes to get to this facility and passed up a lot of other urgent care centers. Why? The reviews are phenomenal, and there is a reason for that. Choose Better Faster Urgent Care for the quality you deserve!

Quick fast Care with friendly caring staff. While filling out paperwork the receptionist asked my child if he would like juice and walked him over to get some. Very clean facility and doctor was great with kids. We will be back!

Very easy to get an appointment, clean not overly crowded. I did not have to wait for service. The staff listened and asked appropriate questions . I felt like I was diagnosed and treated correctly and with care. They are in my neighborhood and I have taken other family members here.... my first time as a patient . I am ver happy with the front office as well as the medical staff.

I waited less than 10 minutes in the peak of flu season, was greeted by friendly staff, taken to a large, clean and warm room to wait for the Md. Aaw PA Keith promptly and after review of my symptoms, and a negative flu test despite all symptoms, was offered multiple medicines and an IV drip to get up and going again as quickly as possible. I’ve never had better care provided for flu and bronchitis and was functional in 48 hours. Thank you for a professional and successful experience !!

I’m visiting from out of town and started feeling sick. I researched local urgent cares online that were near to where I was staying. Better Faster Urgent Care had great reviews so I took a chance on them. It was a Saturday around 3:30 when I arrived, and it wasn’t very busy. The receptionist was pleasant and had me fill out some easy paperwork. About 10 minutes later I was called back. The nurse was sweet, and Evony was who examined me. She was very thorough, and really nice. She listened to my concerns, and gave me a prescription to help me feel better. In and out in about 50 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

Got seen quickly, and everyone on staff was so nice! I didn’t know I had a fever before I went in, either. Before I left, a nurse brought me a single dose of Tylenol in a little cup to take to start bringing it down. — I thought that was very caring.

I’ve been to Better Faster Urgent Care as a patient, mother, and friend. I’m a physician who can be quite critical of care, yet I can’t think of one negative on any of the three visits. Amazing. To feel the friendliness, convenience, and competence each time is so comforting! My heart-felt thanks to everyone there.

We were greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk and she had a great personality. Our nurse was equally kind and very sympathetic about how terrible Jude felt. She was very gentle with the nose swab. Our Dr was very thorough and sweet as can be. Our overall experience was awesome!! This was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back.
