Friendly staff and front desk personnel were helpful. I was seen right away and given a prescription that the staff called in for me. I’m new to the area and the receptionist gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy. The doctor was caring and answered all questions and the nurses were warm and genuinely concerned about how I was feeling (which was pretty awful) I was treated quickly but thoroughly and on my way to feeling better.

Super friendly staff and very clean environment....also , everyone spoke perfect English! That was a big plus....and they were very quick in getting us in and out of their office. Overall experience was excellent and if needed again....I would definitely return!

Quality of care and service was exceptional, minimal wait time. Whenever I need an urgent care center in the future for myself or my family this is the only place we will go. Kudos to the whole team. BTW... had the flu and went in at 9:30 AM, was so impressed... took two additional family members back that evening! Thanks again for an outstanding job!

My daughter came in very sick on Christmas Eve. Everyone was very helpful and concerned. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter left feeling better.

Not a single provider at my primary care practice could see me for a sick visit so I tried Better Faster. I did on line check in and while I still had to wait past my appointment time, it wasn’t bad and the front desk staff was very nice. They were able to run diagnostic tests on site promptly, and had me on my way. I’d use them again if my PCP was unavailable or if it was after hours.

Crystal at front desk was pleasant , Ebony and Taylor were on top of things... friendly and thorough. Stephanie, rad tech was fun and engaging (I enjoy her ‘normal conversation ‘. Didn’t wait too long at any time. And the facility was very nice, waiting area and back area. I thought my waiting room on the north side was a little too cool.

It was good. Staff was young and friendly. Office employee shouldn't answer symptom questionnaire questions. PA, Ebonics was friendly, detailed and thorough. Hopefully on the road to recovery!

I did not have to wait long, the environment was clean, courteous, and friendly. The doctor and the nurse were both friendly and listened attentively to me. They did a thorough examination and made a straightforward diagnosis. They did not prescribe medication I did not want or need. I would go back if I needed to and would highly recommend this office to anyone who asked.

I loved the on-line registration for the appointment. So much better sitting at home waiting than in a germy waiting room. As soon as I completed my paperwork the nurse took me right back and then only waited about three minutes for the PA to see me. Staff was friendly, courteous and I felt that I had been listened too and received the proper care.

Staff was very nice. We did have to wait 30 minutes to get the x-ray taken but the staff was friendly and seemed to truly be concerned with my well being. I would recommend this location to anyone for minor emergency or medical needs.
