Quick fast Care with friendly caring staff. While filling out paperwork the receptionist asked my child if he would like juice and walked him over to get some. Very clean facility and doctor was great with kids. We will be back!

Very easy to get an appointment, clean not overly crowded. I did not have to wait for service. The staff listened and asked appropriate questions . I felt like I was diagnosed and treated correctly and with care. They are in my neighborhood and I have taken other family members here.... my first time as a patient . I am ver happy with the front office as well as the medical staff.

I waited less than 10 minutes in the peak of flu season, was greeted by friendly staff, taken to a large, clean and warm room to wait for the Md. Aaw PA Keith promptly and after review of my symptoms, and a negative flu test despite all symptoms, was offered multiple medicines and an IV drip to get up and going again as quickly as possible. I’ve never had better care provided for flu and bronchitis and was functional in 48 hours. Thank you for a professional and successful experience !!

I’m visiting from out of town and started feeling sick. I researched local urgent cares online that were near to where I was staying. Better Faster Urgent Care had great reviews so I took a chance on them. It was a Saturday around 3:30 when I arrived, and it wasn’t very busy. The receptionist was pleasant and had me fill out some easy paperwork. About 10 minutes later I was called back. The nurse was sweet, and Evony was who examined me. She was very thorough, and really nice. She listened to my concerns, and gave me a prescription to help me feel better. In and out in about 50 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

Great. Got me in quickly and didn’t keep me waiting forever. All the folks from the desk staff to nurses and doctors were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I hope to not need to visit again but will do so if any need arises in the future.

Got seen quickly, and everyone on staff was so nice! I didn’t know I had a fever before I went in, either. Before I left, a nurse brought me a single dose of Tylenol in a little cup to take to start bringing it down. — I thought that was very caring.

I’ve been to Better Faster Urgent Care as a patient, mother, and friend. I’m a physician who can be quite critical of care, yet I can’t think of one negative on any of the three visits. Amazing. To feel the friendliness, convenience, and competence each time is so comforting! My heart-felt thanks to everyone there.

We were greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk and she had a great personality. Our nurse was equally kind and very sympathetic about how terrible Jude felt. She was very gentle with the nose swab. Our Dr was very thorough and sweet as can be. Our overall experience was awesome!! This was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back.

Even though I came in looking lie a hot mess, I was greeted by a beautiful and smiling Hannah. in the middle of flu season my wait was not too long. I was put in a clean and efficient room and a nurse immediately took my vitals and swabbed for flu. A very nice and understanding PA came in surveyed the damage and was able to diagnose my flu. He suggested two shots that I received soon after he departed. He returned with my results, a prescription, and some printed information about everything we discussed. (Thankfully because I was in a fog.) Everyone there is so kind and efficient and all for the price of my co-pay. This sick person really appreciated it. Love, love this place.

I took my took 3 kids at the same time and I was out an hour later. Friendly staff, fast and efficient. The Dr checked each one of them without rushing thru it which I appreciate as a mother. Facility was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again if needed and would recommend to other people.

This was my first visit to this facility. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and there are a variety of beverages you can choose from. The staff were all friendly and professional. They all listened to my symptoms and ordered the appropriate tests. Everything was done in a timely manner. They offer to fax your prescription over to your pharmacist, which saves a lot of time. Two days after my visit, I received a call to see how I was feeling, to let me know the results of my cultures that were sent out and that I was on the correct treatment. Thank you all for the great quality of care!

The check in process was smooth and I was quickly taken to an examining room. Information was gathered and vitals taken. There was really no wait time. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained my diagnosis and medications thoroughly. I would recommend their services.

Thank you for the friendly service, quick turn-around and excellent care - treating two of my children this week. Flu season is hard, so being able to check-in online for our appointments and skip the wait.... was "just what the doctor ordered". We will definitely come back when we are in need of same-day services.

The staff was awesome, I came in no appointment got in to a room within 15 min. The doctor came about 5-6 min later. Very convenient on weekends when primary Office is closed, would definitely return if situation arises again. Recommend anyone needing care after normal hours and reasonable co pay with my insurance compared to others that charge you like an emergency room visit.
