I walked in and was waited on immediately. I filled out some paperwork (since it was my first time) and was in a room in around 20 minutes. I was seen promptly, and then was on my way. It was very quick and efficient. I choose this location for its 5 star rating. My experience was great!

I came in with extreme ear, jaw, and head pain on one side with chills. I was quickly diagnosed and given steroids, antibiotics and pain medication. I felt better soon after, and getting better each day. Thanks for the great care!

Have never needed an urgent care center before. Weekend and did not want to bug my primary care physician at home so rather than do the old fashioned emergency room thing I thought I would try this. An absolutely fantastic choice. The only wait I experienced was for me to fill out the paper work. Office staff was cheerful and efficient. The nurse was professional and personable. The nurse practitioner immediately diagnosed the problem and had my treatment plan, injection, and prescriptions done in a flash. I can't believe I left there so quickly AND with a smile on my face because of the kind, compassionate treatment I received.

I'm here working out of the state in Denton area. I called my insurance provider and I was referred to this location. The staff were extremely friendly, caring and helpful resources toward getting be able on my feet. If I were staying in the area this would be my primary care facility. The reception staff were extremely friendly. Keep the great work going!!!

I had a great experience with Better Faster Urgent Care. They saw me right away and were all very professional. The doctor asked several questions and really wanted to figure out what was wrong without having to run unnecessary tests, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Better Faster Urgent Care to anyone not feeling well or with a medical emergency. I also liked the fact that they were able to do x-rays on site as well as other tests. Again, I can't recommend this place enough!

My first visit to this facility. I was warmly greeted, asked to complete some paperwork and give them my Id and insurance cards to be input into their system,. Then a few minutes later I was taken back to an exam room where the technician took my history, blood pressure and temperature. The doctor; actually PA-C Stoner. came in a few minutes later, discussed my issues with me, formulated a plan to resolve my ongoing issues, made out two prescriptions for me, had his EMT come in and dive me an injection and then I was on my way. Based on the way I was treated and the compassionate care shown, Better Faster Urgent Care has earned my business and I will be using it in the future as my needs arise. It is not the closest urgent care facility to my home, but it is the best service I have received when compared to three other facilities I have visited over the past 4 years.

This was our first time to seek treatment at this facility since we just relocated to the DFW area. I must say that everyone was so friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Rachel for treating my son on Monday. She was so thorough and genuinely concerned about my son's condition. I phoned Rachel the very next day with some concerns and I was able to speak to her personally. Who does that nowadays?! Thank you again Rachel for your sincerity and willingness to help. I will definitely seek treatment for myself and the rest of my family at Better Faster Urgent Care again! Great place.

Peter was very caring and took my problem very seriously and sent me right over for a catscan and requested the report be read STAT Your staff was welcoming and helpful. I was checked in quickly, with the best caring staff. The waiting room and the exam room were the cleanest ones that I have ever been in. I was seen by Sara Toler. She knew just what the problem was and had me on the road to recovery. I am so glad to have found this clinic. It was a very good experience.

This was the second time I came into the Southlake facility, once with my daughter & most recently for myself, both times it was very clean, people were friendly & helpful. Both times I was in & out in no time & also both times I feel that the diagnosis was spot on. I would highly recommend the facility to my friends & family.
