Not a single provider at my primary care practice could see me for a sick visit so I tried Better Faster. I did on line check in and while I still had to wait past my appointment time, it wasn’t bad and the front desk staff was very nice. They were able to run diagnostic tests on site promptly, and had me on my way. I’d use them again if my PCP was unavailable or if it was after hours.

I did not have to wait long, the environment was clean, courteous, and friendly. The doctor and the nurse were both friendly and listened attentively to me. They did a thorough examination and made a straightforward diagnosis. They did not prescribe medication I did not want or need. I would go back if I needed to and would highly recommend this office to anyone who asked.

I loved the on-line registration for the appointment. So much better sitting at home waiting than in a germy waiting room. As soon as I completed my paperwork the nurse took me right back and then only waited about three minutes for the PA to see me. Staff was friendly, courteous and I felt that I had been listened too and received the proper care.

Short wait with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It’s nice to have a backup healthcare provider when your primary isn’t open. I will not look for another after seeing how well they took care of my needs.

Our visit was excellent. The quality, friendliness and environment were all excellent. We were seen fast and were out of the urgent care in 30mins.

Every one was really nice from the Nurses to the main doctor. They were patient and did what I asked to make be comfortable. Great experience.

Just a few things to say: we're glad you're here in the area; it is booming and growing, and it's comforting to know there's a place nearby to handle minor but normal and on-going health issues. Kieth is personable, bright, articulate; he carries none of the pretentious, full-of-themselves that too many doctors do. Down to earth and yet very seeing in his work. And what can I say about Brittany; she has an extraordinary mind and powers of memory. She has qualities that, veiled behind her modest reserve, can get too easily overlooked. The medical assistant that took my vitals yesterday was kind, patient, gentle. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name (first time I'd seen her), but it's always special to have the whole process, from beginning to end, conducted by persons that have such good minds and hearts. Keep it up you guys; you have a special, blooming community among yourselves. Robert Alexander
